Cancelation policy
I disliked the fact that the cancelation policy is complicated and on my request to cancel my membership, same was not attended to but rather they changed my membership to another one, thereafter I had to escalate my request. Daisy reached out to me “assisting with my refund" and I appreciated that, however the refund was subject to me doing this review.

Disappointing customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with PetProBuys. I was supposed to be refunded by April 21, but it's now been over a week and I still haven't received anything. When I try to follow up with them, they don't respond. The only thing they seemed to care about was getting me to write a positive review first, promising they would start the refund process afterward — but even after doing that, I was not refunded. Very unprofessional and dishonest service. I do not recommend.
