Very helpful

Really helpful, great customer service. Pet Products R us went out of their way to help me with sourcing cat food. Highly recommend this business.

Very happy

Very happy - my purchase was dispatched by DPD- The driver followed my instructions mentioned in the app and delivered the parcel to my door, which isn’t happening with other courier like Evri. I have a leg injury, so I appreciate Pet products RUs uses the reliable courier. Thank you!!

Good correspondence

The order was delayed as an item was not available. But they emailed me to see if was happy to wait for the item which they were expecting a delivery of in a few days. I was happy to wait, as not in desperate need, and I received the package a few days later.

I had ordered a gift after Xmas for my granddog. Unfortunately the item had been due in on a delivery but didn’t come back in.
I was kept up to date by Martin on every detail about what was going on and was given a refund no bother at all.
I would definitely recommend this company and will be using it in the future.
