Brilliant service real value for money quick prompt delivery

We were going to be looking after my nephews kitten for 4 days while he went on holiday. The kitten was coming to visit for a couple of hours every other day for a week before he was going on holiday to get used to us. I have 3 cats and a large dog so I ordered the Pet Remedy plug ins and some wipes and am amazed at how well they worked! My cats even slept next to the kitten and now when my nephew has a long shift at work the kitten comes for a play day with my cats! I told my daughter about it as she was getting a kitten and she too is delighted with how well it has worked.

It's been amazing. We rehomed a retired breeding cat who is 4 years old, she was so nervous and all the new home comforts seemed alien to her. We used the wipes on her carrier, when picking her up for the ride home and the first vets visit, they made her so relaxed.
The plug in was on from day one and it relaxed both her and us. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Super service but the most important thing is my dog with separation anxiety is managing to stay home alone calmly with the pet remedy calming spray. 😀 very pleased with the results.

This is fantastic. I have a very nervous rescue dog when she’s out in different environments. This helps her to stay calm and relaxed while she’s with us. I’ll be using this when we’re going away on holiday to help her with the long travel.

Previous heated pet pad had expired 8 to 9 years after first used, but during that time provided reliable, perfect warm service for my cats so very keen on having same brand. Delivery on time, & delivery driver left package exactly where asked so very impressed with the driver too.

Ordered and paid extra £5 for next day delivery on Friday evening. Had to go out Sunday and buy something else for distressed cat. Found out Sunday night that they weren't coming so asked to cancel but they wouldn't. Arrived on Tuesday so sent back. Waiting for a refund. Cost £8 to return.

Posted this and emailed the company and bingo just received the refund for goods but not the cost of the return.......... The wipes helped my cat but weren't easy to get hold of.

Apart from being rather smelly (which you do get used to and wax burners are a must to tone the smell down) this product is a god send. We rescued a deeply traumatised cat, every noise, movement would trigger her to act violently and climb the walls. This diffuser has been in for 2 weeks now and you wouldn’t believe the difference unless you see for yourself. She is playing! A cat who was beaten and starved is now playing! She’s also eating an incredible amount of food and the cuddles! I’ve never had such loving cuddles from a fur-ball!! Maybe it wasn’t completely down to the diffuser but my god, it sure has calmed her to the point of relaxing (still not sleeping in a deep sleep and constantly alert, but we have all the time in the world to get her there) I think she’s found her fur-ever home. Thank you so much pet remedy. (This is not a sales pitch! The product just really bloody works.)

Our vet recommended this product as our cat is very nervous , we’ve tried other brands which didn’t work , so were a bit sceptical, but it worked ! She didn’t get stressed in her cat travelling basket, didn’t get stressed in the vets before her operation, infact the results were so good we thought that we should try it as we were stressed ! We received the item promptly, well packaged with a free gift of some wipes to try. Would order again .
