My first experience was really good
I ordered a few things for my cat. They quickly notified me that one of the products was out of stock and offered to replace it for a different one. It was shipped right after that and arrived in just a few days. Very happy, will definitely order from this store again :)

Very Satisfied
Good products, super nice prices, a good and quick service. The only thing is that shipping took a little longer, but i don't mind that and will definitely order again.

Great products
Great products, prices and a really good customer service. Some products were not in stock which delayed my order quite some time, otherwise my rating would definitely have been 5 out of 5 stars.

My waterfountain was defect after a few…
My waterfountain was defect after a few months. I emailed petsexpert. There reaction was really quickley, by email and also by phone. They asked me what my wish was, i wished a new fountain. After a few days, my CAT’s where happy drinkers from a new fountain again!!! Thank you for your great services👍🏼.

good shop
No problems ordering on the site. Products all came good to my home, no worries with that. Only delivery time is a bit longer than I used to. I would recommend this shop

Very low quality shop
It's my 3rd order from this shop, every single time it takes at least 2 weeks to get the package. Right now I have ordered 13 december and we have 18 now and my order is still in processing. Not answering to calls or emails. Delivery options also poor, only DPD which is well known for loosing, leaving in depot and not caring for packages. Three times, three dissapontments. Answering to pets experts response below - phone is 99% of time off just with signal to leave message (and you don't ansfer to messages). As for other methods of delivery, they are not listed anywhere on website. As for parcel shipped 18th December, it is 24, still didn't get it, it is 11 days after order has been placed, parcels from China goes quicker...
