I left a negative review because I had…

I left a negative review because I had a bad experience, and the company told me they would only give me a refund if I deleted it.

In the end, I found out I was never actually charged — it was just a temporary hold from my bank that was released automatically.

Still, they kept saying I had to remove my review to get a refund, even though they didn’t owe me anything.

I'm sharing this to help others not get confused or misled. Always check with your bank before trusting what they claim.

Do NOT trust this compay!!!

I am not comfortable sending you a copy of my bank statement, especially as you have 'removed' money from my account over the past 8 months. I will tag your supervisor in my email to Police Scotland in the am.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole....they have managed to take money from my account with no standing order or direct debit for over 8 months...yes, I should have noticed.
