I ordered 5 packs of 12 kg each, dog food.
The price is really competitive, delivery splitted on 2 times. The first part came after a week and the second quickly after, the truck driver jas been each Time calling because I wasn’t at home and we found a solution Together. The guy is great.
I did a mistake with my delivery adress and I was succesfully corrected by the call center wich as been very reactive.
Good experience for me. Top price, top delivery, top communication with the seller.

Wide choice, raisonnable prices, quick delivery!

I have only ordered one product, but it's cat food that's difficult to find. The shipping, which was international, was not too much delayed by the cornavirus slowdown. The packaging was very secure, and I appreciated that PetsExpert uses DHL.

Good variety of many items, decent prices with offers as a plus and good shipping (but not fast i can admit)

I placed an order
One week by with no package, no news
I emailed to ask where the package was, and they said they were out of stock of one item.
They could have a) shown it out of stock on their website, b) sent it without the missing item, c) contacted me instead of making me wait til I started asking where it was, or d) even just cancelled the order and refunded me instead of sitting there holding my money in a state of inactivity.
I emailed and they sent multiple emails in response and called and it was so much drama for one little thing
Would not use this site again, it’s too much work to determine whether they shipped or not

I bought few things on saturday night and the package arrive on friday, to France within 1 week. Here what I like about this site :
-Good price
-Fast delivery
-Response very quick (mail)
