I ordered 2 shirts & they arrived SO quickly, I was surprised!!!! Yay! They’re beautiful & fun shirts. I highly recommend Pet Shirt Shop. I’ll be ordering from them again.

Ordered a shirt on May 25 keeps saying it is being printed is does not take a month to print a shirt l would try and track my order it keeps telling me every time l call will ship in 5 business day that’s been two weeks ago come on people l will not order from this company again

Takes your money say 5 to 20 days delivery
Ordered 2and June still no goods
Every time I email it comes bouncing back saying email address not found

I ordered two shirts a full month ago. No response. Cute little graph says it hasn't even been printed and certainly not shipped. Update on June 28: After posting here, I got an email from the company saying they would refund 1/2 of my cost, which they did. I ordered May 12. Their latest email has a tracking number and possible delivery on July 1. Maybe it is really coming.

The shirt is wonderful. The cost was comparable to other sites. The shirt arrived in a reasonable time. I'm satisfied.

Received my t-shirt just in time for Mother's Day. My husband and I are both Siamese Cat fanatics and this shirt made me extremely happy when I put it on.

I love my shirt. I received a email telling me it would take a little longer because of Covid-19 which I understand. When I did get it I loved it. The English Mastiff on it looks just like our Munchkin. Just love it.

You cannot talk to a real person in this company. If you have an issue you can only email of write a letter. I did happen to see a chat option but that person was an outside company that could not help me and was useless.
I ordered a t shirt as a gift for my daughter, I wasn't sure if she wanted a mans shirt style or a womens style so I ordered both of them figuring I would would just return the one she didn't want. Well forget that, no returns or exchanges for any reason. I thought I would just exchange it for something for me, not a return, an exchange. Nope, sorry, won't do it. This has to be the worst return/exchange policy I have ever seen. DO NOT buy from this company, they are horrible to deal with. Zero customer service.

I purchased two Boxer T-shirts and they arrived on time in very good condition. the tracking order was precise in when the T-shirts would arrive. quality is excellent.

I was pleased with this company. I was able to track my order and it arrived within 10 days (this included printing the shirt). It was true to size and I love the bright colors. It's great to have a place that sells items of dog breeds you don't normally see.
