Although the plush took extended time, they were very quick to respond to my emails and answer my questions. They even showed me updates, which allowed me to review and they fixed the color. I can't wait to see it!

My order with Petslify was very good and positive. They reached out half way through to check the progress made and provide any improvements. They put a lot of care into the making and was also great to work with.

I am writing this review to give you my honest experience and which was horrible. Our dog passed away and my daughter found Petslify and wanted a replica. So we placed the order and it took 4 months (and alot of chasing) before we saw the 'replica', I paid extra for photos. It looked nothing like our dog, it was white not golden, and completely wrong characteristics. I asked for my money back but they wanted to have another chance to get it right. So I waited another month and when they sent the photos again it was still wrong, it was grey not golden and nothing else had changed. This was now 5 months into the process so I insisted on my money back as I had no faith that it would look close to my dog. After many arguments I got a partial refund. But at the end of the painful process it was nothing like it was advertised and I would be careful of using this business.

The plush Petsify made of my passed loved one Millie is beautiful and a wonderful representation of her. I love the hand made work and the resemblance is fabulous. It took a long time, but it was worth the wait. They were responsive to communications and I appreciate the work they did to make Millie come alive again in her plus representative.

My order was marked delivered but never arrived. No confirmation photos. Their response….look for it harder, and contact the delivery service (a which also has a horrendous review history). My opinion? I wasn’t the one who choose this service…they did…probably because it was cheap! So they have my money, and the delivery service got theirs.and I got nothing. Order: AE32948. I feel disrespected and used.

Extremely unhappy with this “company.” First off, they took forever, the customers service is a joke and the plush looks nothing like my daughter’s cat. Waste of money.

Still waiting. I ordered this for my wife,
after she lost her 15-year-old dog. I keep getting the same response, "we are working on it. Meanwhile, they can't give any proof they have done anything. I tried to file a BBB complaint; the BBB claims the company does NOT exist at the address.
I do not recommend this company. It appears to be a scam.

STAY AWAY! COMPANY LIES ABOUT TIMELINE AND PROGRESS, MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO PLUSH.
I ordered my plush on Christmas day (2024). The next business day I located a similar service at a better price so I requested a cancellation.. They referred to their 12 hr cancellation period and said they already started working on my plush?? Ok fair. But why did I get an email a week later stating "We are beginning work on your plush."
They sent a couple of updates over the next 30 days but nothing since 2/9/25 I've emailed several times for progress and only get a generic response regarding production delays.
My Charlie had passed unexpectedly and I hoped the plush would fill the void, so I waited, and waited, and am still waiting. 15 weeks post order! No pictures, No updates, No preview (I paid extra).
Website now says fires in CA damaged their warehouse, but they are in NY according to Google?? Others are stating their plush was shipped from China? They need to be honest about the timeline and transparent about delays. Why have I not received an update since February? If they are sooo far behind in production then why are they still taking new orders and advertising 7-9 weeks?
I am so frustrated, I've considered reporting to my credit card that they are a fraud and have not delivered service or product I ordered. Maybe I can get the purchase refunded?

Update 5/23. After 5 months of waiting I called my credit card company and reported this company appears to be a scam. A few more weeks I waited for the scam company to respond to my dispute
Today Chase approved my claim and refunded all of my money. I waited a total of 6 months since I placed my order But at least now I have some peace knowing they didn't get any of my heart broken money. It's sickening to know that they prey on and take advantage of devastated pet families.

I ordered my plush LAST OCTOBER and my dog of 15 years passed soon after I ordered. The plush they did looks nothing like him or even his breed and they refuse to help me or give me a refund. Every time I open the emails from them with “revisions” I start crying. It has been 7 months and that just keep ripping the bandaid off my grief. It’s so upsetting and I feel like they just do not care. Do not EVER order from these people.

Lying company ordered product then they offer me a $50 Amazon card to write a good review, then never sent card and have ignored several of my emails asking for it.

This company is a scam! They take advantage of people who are grieving the loss of their pet charging $200 dollars for a stuffed animal that looks like a kid put together. We ordered a larger sized dog, and not only was the stuffed dog super small but looked NOTHING like my dog. My dog had a stubby tail and this dog had a long one. The website says they are based in “New York,” but product shipped from China and when requesting a return address after requesting a refund they tell you some address in Israel near Gaza. They made sure to stress in the email to take insurance out on your package, of course! So the shipping company can reimburse us for a package that will “never be found or delivered.” Shady so called business ripping people off.

I couldn’t be happier with our plushie! I ordered a plushie for my son after our dog of 16 years passed away. He loves it! It looks just like our little beloved furbaby. This company took such careful attention to detail when constructing our plushie it was worth the wait, 100% recommend!

Would be great, but they do not communicate with the customer. State the production time is 8 to 9 weeks. Going on 12 weeks and no plush, no update. Expensive product to not be timely. I ordered my product on Jan 2nd 2025. It is nearly April and no plush. I called the number and the agents direct me to send an email. I send an email and get a generic response that it is still being processed.

They try to make you feel special having a "concierge" text you after the purchase stating they are there to assist in anyway possible. But once they have your money, they ghost you with no updates. This is ridiculous. If they told people the truth about processing times, they would have a significant drop in sales.

Next I will be reporting them to the BBB. Even though I know that won't do anything either.

I’ve been eating on my plush since December 12 of 2024 I was getting updates for a bit then they stopped in February it’s damn near April I keep reaching out but I keep getting a response from Alex I’m not even sure they are a real person anymore? This was a gift for someone and now I feel like I have to break it to them that I got scammed and they won’t be getting the gift I promised them…

I ordered a plush animal December 17, 2024 to replicate my dog who passed away. They said it would be up to 9 weeks for delivery as it is a custom order. It has now been 12 weeks and they have not made delivery.

They use the excuse that it takes time to do a custom job. I bought that for the first 8 weeks. Week 10 I demanded they send a photo. They sent a photo of a generic looking stuffed pet that was not even close to being done.

I don't believe they are capable of completing my order. They have wasted valuable time from me in getting something to remember by fur baby by.

I paid $206 dollars and hope I can get my money back.

I am uncertain about this company. I ordered on 11/29 and at first was getting updated emails then in December nothing. I email and ask for updates but it seems it’s now a copy and paste of the prior email from Alex. I have numerous emails from them asking me to be patient. How long does it take. I thought this company was US based but I’m getting the impression they are not. Unfortunate to play and take advantage of someone’s loss, this was a gift for my son. I’m still out on if they are a scam or not and am trying to figure that out. At least an estimated time of when I can expect something would be nice. I’ll update if I ever get it and change review accordingly.

My review might change…but I have waited four months for a plushy of our dog for my daughter. Customer service replied promptly and politely- however, I just received a message that her plushy is complete…and the pictures are of a cat.🤦🏻‍♀️🙃

I looked into getting a custom pet plush and saw that some companies chargeway too much. I almost gave up until I found Petslify. The quality is justas good, if not better, than those overpriced brands. I got a plush of mycat, Whiskers, and I was blown away. The stitching, the softness, thelittle pink nose, everything was spot on. If you want a high-quality plushwithout getting ripped off, this is the place to go.

I ordered 14 weeks ago and still have not received my order. They won’t even give a date of when it will be ready. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: just received an email from them with a preview of my completed plush- there are some errors/ feedback I sent them and they confirmed they will send plush back to production to fix. Not happy that I have to wait longer but I appreciate the gesture if the preview and that they are trying to get it just right. Will update my rating once I receive my plush

It’s been 12 weeks and I still have not received my plush. Company is refusing to refund my money and they won’t even give me a timeline or date or anything. I’m pretty sure the person that emails me and basically just says “sorry just deal with it” is not even real- AI generated. I’m reporting them and disputing this charge. I wanted to use cuddle clones but went with this company because they are cheaper. DONT DO IT. They are a scam.
