Cat bed took 2 months to arrive from a…

Cat bed took 2 months to arrive from a company who claim to be UK based. I thought I’d been scammed as the company conveniently ignored my request for refund for non provision of goods. Just as I was contacting my bank to set up a transaction dispute, the goods finally arrived in a black plastic bin liner, posted surface mail from China. The cat bed is nice but if I were to buy again I would choose a different company as their service stinks.

My cat loves this bed

My cat loves this bed! It’s so soft! It took a while to arrive but was worth the wait! I ordered the 16inch original marshmallow cat bed! Shes not really a cat bed lover would rather lay on my bed! But she loves this one!
Worth the money.

They take your money and do not send anything and when you query them they give you some rubbish about a Royal mail tracking number which does not work on Royal Mail tracking service.
They should be investigated

Scam

Bought several items from this company. Emailed on various occasions asking when it would be dispatched. When it wasn’t dispatched, I asked for a refund, this was refused on the basis that it had been “dispatched”. This was in fact a lie and once I emailed again warning them I would raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back, I conveniently received a notification from them stating it had been dispatched. This was the start of May and it is still nowhere to be seen. The company has stated on its social media page that it was uk based but products are shipped from China. Please do not buy from here, many of the products are available elsewhere. I only finally received a refund as a result From raising a dispute with PayPal

If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would. Lie after lie about where my items were. It took 14 weeks for the order to arrive. The marshmallow bed is of very poor quality, the flappy fish I ordered broke after using it once. By this time I tried to speak to the company so many times I’ve lost the will to live and didn’t bother. When the elusive founder of pet pressies Carol Milne Wrote a blanket email about the service that customers had encountered... I did reply back, guess what? No reply. Shambolic. £56.98 down the drain. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Pet pressies, if you’re reading this? do not bother to reply with the same email I got from your “Founder “ The same email you copied and pasted to many reviews on here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Received a reply to my original review saying product on way and would be with me 'shortly'. Still not arrived. When I advised I wished to cancel my order and have a refund was told I was only entitled to 10% refund as item was 'out for delivery'. I asked under what part of consumer law they had the right to do that and have been ignored since. Save your money and avoid the poor service and money-grabbing Pets Prezzies at all costs. Waiting for the next poor excuse from them to this review now...

Also, if you're after a refund look into chargeback with your bank. This is useful if you've been scammed. Not all banks will do it but worth a shot, since this awful scam company won't do the honest thing and refund people their money in the first instance.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is an utter joke and a complete scam! I ordered a pet bed back in early May and I have still not received my product but they took my money immediately! I so wish I had searched on this site previously as these reviews say it all along with their 85% bad overall rating! I have been given various different delivery dates and the latest offering is just 10% refund despite admitting their despicable service and the response was “fingers crossed this will arrive by the end of the month” !! I do not hold out much hope!

Even less than 1 star! This company took my money on 4th May and I am yet to receive product and are refusing to give me a refund as it is with the courier... Honestly one of the most unprofessional companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
I under stand there is shipping delays due to covid but nothing I have ordered has taken this long. I actually re ordered what I needed from another company and received within a few days. Now I am fighting to get my money back. Response from head of customer service - they will go out of business if they refund everyone and to be patient my item is just around the corner.... that was 3 weeks ago.... Do yourself a favour and order off any where other than this company.
Update - My item finally arrived over 10 weeks late. Was told I could have a full refund when return the item... Guess what there is no returns info inside the package, not even a receipt!! When emailed to ask for an address and postage label have been met with silence and un answered emails for 5 days. I have resorted to reporting them to Shopify who host their 'shop' who are looking into fraudulent actions of this company. SERIOUSLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Lesson learned

Should have searched for reviews before ordering. Premium price paid for mediocre product sent from China. Took 10 weeks to arrive. Could have bought similar down the market or on eBay.

SCAM company..

SCAM company... took money for a cat bed in May and in July won’t reply to any emails about where the product is and constantly says in shipping... at first the company first emailed a response in June saying it’s on its way then ignored 5 emails after for a refund for a product that didn’t arrive.

ITS A SCAM !!

This website is scam, taking money off people and never delivering the product and it’s appalling!!! Iv been waiting months now for a cat bed that has never turned up and has been “in transit” for so long. They even used the COVID-19 pandemic to blame why it was taking so long!! It’s disgusting!!

So many people have lost their money due to this scam website and so many more might!!

Non existent customer service, was speaking to a Suzanne do a short while but she soon vanished !!!

Awful and untrustworthy. 0/10.

Scam company do not trust!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This site is a scam. I ordered on 20th May. Still no bed. Tracking doesn’t work at all after 25 days and you have to then fight to try to get your money back. The company just don’t respond. I’m going through PayPal to get a refund. They also say they are based on the UK but actually everything comes direct from China. You can buy these beds on amazon with next day delivery! Don’t be scammed by these!

SCAMMERS! Stay away!

If you’re thinking of ordering anything from this absolute joke of a company then don’t.
I’ve been waiting nearly 3 months for my order which clearly isn’t coming but they are refusing me a refund as it’s been “dispatched” so there’s nothing they can do. Tracking is useless and hasn’t been updated since early June and we are now in mid July.
Customer services are just as useless and all they can say is “it will be with you soon”. Yeah right.
Pet Prezzies are a bunch of scammers - save yourself the stress and run a mile (or several) away from these fraudsters.

Scammers

Scammers.
Ordered cat bed over 13 weeks ago now. Company will not provide refund, stating a courier delay but cannot provide any further detail. Appalling customer service from a bunch of crooks.

Two months and waiting.....

Two months after ordering, no sign of the cat beds.

Turns out they come from China - no mention of that on the web site. Tracking information is nonsense - in and out of processing centres, even "delivered by airline" at one point. Tracking has been stalled for the last 3 weeks with "Arrive at the Sita processing center."

Company responded with a cheery excuse about covid-19 and couriers and "don't worry , it is moving" when clearly it is not.

Website states "Current estimated shipping 7-12 days." And re covid, "only a small percentage of our orders have been delayed 3/5 days."
Clearly something is broken with their shipping process that can;t just be blamed on Covid.
