This is a one of a kind company

This is a one of a kind company. They graciously sent a repair part after my Pettadore laser toy broke. They were really kind in their communication with me and understood my issue clearly after asking for a small video.

I love the laser toy; it's one of the few "self-play" toys that really works and has worked for a long time. Love that I can control it by the app.

Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service!
Had a little issue with charging the unit which I purchased in December. Made contact, had a reply immediately and a spare part supplied with a week!
I have very happy cats again playing with the Smart Dot.
Highly recommend this company. 😁

Super service!! Thanks.

I had a broken part on my petfeeder that needed replacement. I contacted Lisa informing her of it, she responded very quickly. After sharing some photos of the broken part, the replacement part was sent free of charge without any back and forth. Within a short period of time I was able to use the full functionality of my petfeeder again. Very efficient! Thanks Pettadore and thanks Lisa!!

The customer support is very quick and pro-active

The customer support is very quick with answers and they are actively asking questions to find out what might be the issue that causes your device to malfunction. I immediately received a replacement device when it was not possible to fix it from my end and the new one was behaving as expected.
