Terrible customer service. One man show with a condescending attitude and no way to have a live phone conversation. She/he really needs to take a lesson on how to treat a customer. I have found a far superior company with proper customer service and rates are the same if not better. Shop around.

The tags are excellent quality and last through heavy scratching. Only took longer to receive than first order, but I blame postal service for that.

They’ve lasted for years, I’ve only recently had to get a new one because I moved and needed to update the info on my dog’s tag.

They have great customer service I sent them a email asking about my order. They told me it must have been lost in the mail. So they sent out another tag and I recieved it a few days later.
The stainless steel tags are made of a heavy metal. The hole where the ring went through broke after several years of our dog wearing it.

The product was very nice. A good engraving job.
The first tag was lost in the mail so I had to email the company and get a replacement shipped. Which, they did in a timely fashion.

We found out about Pet Tags from our Groomer. Prices are super reasonable and quality is fantastic! We ordered the stainless steel tag as our dog is really playful and rolls around A LOT outdoors. We live in an urban setting so more concrete than green. Our initial order was lost in transit and customer service was quick and friendly to respond and replace without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I have purchased multiple tags for our three dogs from this company. I have thrown out all the tags that I had purchased previously from other companies they did not compare to the stainless steel dog tags that pet tags.com offers. Look forward to using them again.

This was my first order from pettags.com. I was impressed with how easy the website was to use. The 4-line wording on the tag is clear and readable. I was also impressed with how quickly the order was filled. The third reason I’m happy is that the tag itself was much thicker than I was expecting. I know it’s going to hold up very well.
