Paid for 3-5 art processing. Even after a week artwork not started. Clearly states that once the digital copy is available you can request changes. Umm. Yeah for a fee. I merely asked for a small ball to be added. Was told if I want that $20 more. So, you can ask for changes if willing to dish out more money. It will probably be more like 2 months before I receive if lucky. Very disappointing. Don't give away your money.

Update: product arrived May 11th. It is nice (so, that's why I'm changing to 2 star review) but it doesn't change the fact I didn't have a great experience with the seller and the overall transaction. SORRY TO SAY.

Don't be fooled by the cutesy self-portrait or the gushing enthusiasm in the emoji-filled automated responses. Irene 'is a brand owned by B2LOCALOU' a company registered in Estonia. We've bought from 'Irene' once before, with good results, but this time has been woeful. Despite a promised 3-5 day response time, after a month we still haven't seen even a first draft pet portrait, and the date for which we needed it has passed. They're either monstrously inefficient or worse - I suspect that they're nothing more than cynical rip-off merchants. Seems strange, too, that we only get email responses at 3am. Buyer beware.

Post script: as soon as I started asking for a refund the draft picture appeared and, truth to tell, it was perfectly acceptable. Not quite perfect, but a decent draft, albeit still far too late. I gave a hollow laugh at the accompanying note, though. After waiting almost a month to see any result at all, the instruction is that if she has no response from me within three days 'Irene' will consider the artwork approved and ship it, whether or not we're happy.

Irene does such amazing work. She allows multiple revisions if needed so it always turns out just like you want it to! I highly recommend her and Pettoonies!

I ordered a package and it never showed up. Her response was pretty much as trash as it gets. I’ll give you a few bucks back and then you’re on your own. She thinks it’s ok to screw people out of money…

Never heard of this company before but somehow they have my email address and are sending me incessant spam, with their unsubscribe button not seemingly making a difference.
Genuine reviews seems to be very negative. Probably should avoid.

I was a bit skeptical at first but I gave it a try and I don’t regret it. I loved how Irene turned my puppy’s picture into a cartoon like drawing on canvas. My daughter love it so much that she got very emotional. I’m going to have her do some more in the near future! I may purchase a pillow next time.

Irene's portrait of our Frankie is not only beautiful, it is so life-like that Frankie thought a new dog had entered her home, barking at the portrait for several minutes.

Irene did a wonderful job with the photo that I sent her! She was very happy to work with me on a couple of modifications until I was 100% satisfied and the final results are better than expected!

Process was simple. Downloaded picture and within a relative short time after received a rough draft which was spot on, no changes needed. After giving her the go ahead received the final item within a couple weeks. Couldn't be happier.

Irene is great to work with. She is very responsive to questions or issues. Her work is amazing and done in a timely manner.

Ordered 3.5weeks ago, drawing was suppose to take 5-7days and still have not received the final version. The artist continually says it’s nearly finished or that she’s just finalising but she’s been saying this for over 2.5weeks. Have emailed multiple times. Last contact she said she’d be finished in 24/48hrs but yo reach out if I hadn’t heard anything after 72hrs as she might be running late - well it’s been another 5 days, still no drawing and she is still saying it will be finished soon but no indication of exactly when that will be.
I’m really upset, this was suppose to be a gift, I trusted this person and she’s just continually put me off saying she needs more time and that’s fine but don’t scam people by saying 5-7days and then take nowhere near that time!

Trying to contact about my delivery.It’s been almost impossible.

Really disappointing. It's very evident that they just digitally transfer the photos, there is nothing that looks cartoon like as portrayed on the website. It has no natural flow to it, looks like it was done with photoshop. Buyer beware.

Absolute con artist! Order a picture and was told 5-7 days for delivery, TWO weeks later and no sign of any artwork to sign off let alone an idea of delivery. Emailed several times and get fobbed off constantly! DO NOT SEND THIS PERSON MONEY!!!!!!!!

Would like one,can't get her to respond as I can't upload any photos but keeps asking me to log in under sites I haven't used. Sou probably will never see this

I think these are computer generated images. I sent in an image of my son holding our dog. Looked nothing like either. Money thrown away...

I came across an ad on Facebook for Pettoonies, and was instantly drawn in by Irene's adorable, expressive renditions of people's beloved pets. After checking out her website, I couldn't resist, and ordered a Pettoonie for my sister as a birthday gift, of our cat. Irene produced a beautiful, loving portrait of our baby in very little time, and managed to capture his cuddly personality on the very first try! Although she offers unlimited revisions, they weren't necessary at all, and both me and my sister are more than happy with the finished product. I can't wait to receive the canvas print in the mail, and I can already recommend Pettoonies to anybody who wants to immortalize their furry friend in adorable cartoon form <3

Irene has been wonderful with her communication and the artwork itself is awe-inspiring; I even had her make one change which was my fault as I neglected to tell her something and she did it happily. I couldn't be happier with the work and her attitude and professionalism. Brent
