Friendly and efficient change of ownership
Thank you, Ben, first for guiding us through the sensitive process of changing the ownership/keepership of a cat that decided to adopt us. Then, with the previous keeper's permission, Ben completed the change process in less than an hour, followed quickly by an email with PETtrac's official registration certificate. This allowed us to register the cat at our local vet by the end of the same day. Many thanks Ben!

Superb service
Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Received fantastic support from Simon with resolving an issue I had with a chip which was implanted into by golden retriever by the charity I adopted him from. The chip was locked with another company and despite attempts to contact them, I was getting nowhere. I contacted Pettrac and was lucky to reach Simon who has persevered with my case, contacting the other company on my behalf, keeping me updated and even contacting DEFRA for further advice. I appreciated Simon’s professionalism and strong communication with me. He is an asset to this business!

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking ! Went to change my address and they’re asking for £6?! Small charge ? How on earth do you feel a one off change of address is worth £6? Called customer service and after politely questioning the £6 charge , they simply hung up on me ? Absolutely vile service and I’d rather pay £20 to another company now than deal with pettrac. I’ll be switching, goodbye

My precious Border Collie who went walkabout…
My precious Border Collie who is senior in years, went missing for several hours while staying with a friend.
I contacted PETtrac who was the microchip provider when he was a puppy, explained the situation and Ellen who I spoke to was very helpful & reassuring during his missing hours. PETtrac put out a red alert flag on his status until we had managed to ascertain his whereabouts via notification from the local canine rescue organisation that someone had found him only a short distance away, and had contacted them and that they now had him.
After providing all his legal paperwork to the organisation who had him, my precious Boy who I bred myself was returned.
I kept in contact with PETtrac & vice vers, they kept in contact with me via email during the hours he was missing, to ask for an update and were very quick to respond via emails.
They were very helpful and the actual person I spoke to initially "Ellen" came across as very kind, caring and concerned. Not just a 'log it missing procedure' on their database.
Seriously considering transferring all my other pets over to PETtrac now, who are under a different microchip company, as this experience with them has inspired confidence should one of them ever go missing again! Heavens forbid!
First Class service, caring - compassionate - reassuring and professional 5*****

I asked PETtrac the difference in dates…
I asked PETtrac the difference in dates regarding my African Grey Parrot stating the parrot was born 10 yrs after it was implanted Date 06/12/1995 and DOB 10/09/2005 which I just found out when I was changing my Address. How can this show such an error and not be noticed at the time of issuing the certificate

Excellent Customer Service
I register microchips with Pettrac for two foreign dog rescue charities and I regularly have to contact their lovely customer services team for help. Everyone in the team is so friendly and helpful, extremely knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble. Something which is really important to me is the fact they always respond very quickly to enquiries. I really value the wonderful service which they provide and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Excellent 5* Company.
We are a sighthound rescue and, as such, deal with many microchip companies. I can honestly say that PetTrac is the best of all. Always courteous and helpful. Dogs are registered quickly and easily. Their service is excellent. I only wish the other chip companies were half as efficient and capable as PetTrac are.
