My tracker very soon quit working and …
My tracker very soon quit working and promises were made over and over to get it working. They continued charging me the monthly fee for several months while making promises to fix the unit. They have finally stopped charging me but I still have no resolution for a unit that does not work so a big waste of my time and money.

Avoid Pet vu
Pet vu is supposed to supply gps trackers for your pets. Unfortunately after ordering, I was informed after several weeks that the tracker was out of stock. I requested a refund which, 8 weeks later, has yet to be processed. They have also just charged me again for another month of service for something they haven't even provided! Horrible company, horrible customer service.
