I ordered some dog treats and you delivered them.I can't find any reason to tell you about my experience because I didn't have one.....riding a roller coaster is an experience.Ordering dog treats is not.I gave you 5 stars because I ordered it and you delivered it.....thankyou.

Buyer beware - you may not get what you paid for

Ordered products (cat litter) on line on 4th Jan, made payment (over £50) but still not received delivery yet… just ‘tracked’ order today (11/1) and now states ‘sold out’!

I guess I’m not getting my order then! No communication whatsoever from the company and no notification of a refund so I’m going to have to contact my credit card company to dispute.

UPDATE - 2 days later the shipment arrived. So not all bad.. no email response, apology or update from Petwell regarding delays etc but at least I got the cat litter eventually. Have upgraded to 2 stars

Not great

Delivery took a long time and the customer service phone line was switched off. I enquired twice regarding delivery which turned up without notice and was left in an unsafe place.

Each of the 4 boxes were already open - were these seconds?

Awful customer service and you don’t…

Awful customer service and you don’t actually receive all your order. I have received one box of six. I spoke to the deliver service and they confirmed that is all they got, i contacted Petwell and they confirmed the 1 box but wait for the rest but gave me the same delivery tracking reference to check for updates. I have told them that has been delivered so there must be a new tracking reference to check. No response as of yet. I would rather talk to someone but it is all email. I also ordered this ages ago, poor service all round for buying pet supplies, I will not be using them again.

The carrier you have chosen has…

The carrier you have chosen has cancelled my deliveries 4 times. I ordered in bulk from you as I don't drive. I ordered well in advance of needing the product but now have to go and by it from a local store.
This is costing me more financially and in terms of my time spent waiting.
I have complained to you and your carrier. Your response was not satisfactory. I will not use you again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered an expensive microchip feeder and it came relatively quickly, however, I decided to return it. I used the Petwell portal to return, and I have evidence of it being delivered to Petwell 11/12/25.

As of today, 07/01/26, I have not received my refund. They have stolen £88.99 from me, no small amount.

If you read all the December 2025 reviews, they are quite obviously going out of business, as there is no end of reviews like mine. Yet, they are still sending me mailing list emails to buy more items.

They don't reply to emails, and their phone line is shut.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PETWELL!!

Beware Petwell uses DHL E commerce which…

This company uses DHL E commerce which has 1 star reviews on trustpilot. First time using Petwell to order cat food and and package delayed repeatedly and still not arrived. My cats have no food! Emailed twice and No response from seller and no response from DHL E commerce. Will not buy from them again. Going back to Zooplus that always deliver and are highly recommended.

I like Petwell a lot, good, competitive prices. Fabulous customer service, Hayley was very helpful, kind, I had made a mistake with my order Hayley got in touch, it was sorted very quickly, I Highly recommend Petwell.
