Poor communication
Poor communication and when I tried to phone your offices the phone lines were always closed. You stated that the order was delayed, then it was ready and the monies deducted. The next email stated that the goods were out of stock. Then a couple of days later they arrive. Poor customer service.

Poor company with no ethics
Ordered dog food on 10th Dec and still waiting 12 days later. Emails and phone calls go unanswered so very disappointed. Will be contacting bank about getting money back and if that does not work will take to small claims court. Very poor company with no ethics about keeping customers happy. I would give this company 0 stars if I were able! I ordered a dog coat in November for a Christmas present, and they sent me the wrong item. I returned the item, the return item was delivered back to them and despite numerous phone calls and emails to this company, I have neither had acknowledgement of the return nor the correct item sent to me. In fact I have had nothing except a couple of standard emails saying that they would get back to me within 2 days which they don't! Appalling customer service!

Ordered on 18th December and up until now the order still hasnt been processed and passed onto the courier yet despite stating a 2 day delivery time. Not good when its pet food. Wont be ordering again

Emailed and was told pictures are for illustration only. You could order single balls but they worked out dearer to buy than the 2 blister packs so obviously i ordered the two pack but received single with barcodes on.

Stock issues but subscription good value
Price wise generally the cheapest(on subscription) but there are frequent stock issues which completely takes away the reason for subscribing. Obviously stock issues usually rest with the supplier but as the consumer I just want an idea of when it will it will be sorted, not vague “we’re working hard to get your order sorted” emails. We have 2 dogs and subscriptions are set up to alternate the flavour of 10kgCanine Choice every 4 wks, so it causes hassle I don’t need. I signed up to subscription to make my life easier!

I BOUGHT SOME CAT FOOD OFF THIS SITE LAST WEEK, NOWHERE ON THE SITE DOES IT MENTION THAT IT IS OUT OF STOCK. I CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL TO ASK WHEN I WOULD GET IT.

CLEARLY THIS COMPANY ARE ADVERTISING STOCK THEY HAVEN'T GOT.

Delivery charge scam
Ordered 4 cat bowls, one arrived broken. They refunded me £2.19 for the broken bowl although I requested a replacement. I went on the website and they are still in stock so I've had to order another and pay another £5.99 for delivery. Lesson learned, stick to reliable, honest companies!
Late delivery
Ordered on a Saturday due to needing some food in a few days now the following Saturday they have been dispatched if I knew there was going to be a big delay I would not have bothered.
