Sometimes it takes a problem to find out what a company is like.

Had a delivery issue but I couldn't be happier with the way it was handled. Petzyo were onto the problem immediately, and kept me updated the whole time.

The dog food is great too!

Every day, we get comments about how fit and healthy our 8-year-old pup, Billie, looks and how great her coat is. She loves her Petzyo Turkey and Chicken with Superfoods, and she's thriving on it! Couldn’t be happier with the service either - delivery to the door is fast and efficient and always on time. Customer service is really responsive.

“My dogs love Petzyo. I've been feeding another high end NZ brand, but when I began switching their food to Petzyo (mixing 1:4 to start) suddenly the NZ kibble is thrown out on the floor & the Petzyo is eaten first! Despite that, there's no upset tummies & so far they're thriving on it.”

We have been feeding our dog the Kangaroo kibble for years. After food poisoning from fresh meat the only food she could tolerate was the Kangaroo kibble. We have continued to feed her the Kangaroo kibble and she is thriving.

So far so good. My dog has gut issues and is unable to consume meat proteins without diarrhoea. However, with this kibble her stools are normal and the best thing is that she seems to enjoy eating this product.

Myself and my 30kg dog love this product (kangaroo and Sweet potato kibble).
He loves the taste and I love the company, their ethics, service, the amazing seal on the bags - all of it - I have a bull terrier cross and I only feed him small amounts of kibble per day with fresh kangaroo and a superfoods vegetable puree I make, so I use the kibble for hide and seek sniff games and it helps his poop stay well formed. He is on single protein for allergies and this is the only brand that hasn't got two major proteins in the mix - it is affordable, grain free, australian business - and my darling dog loves it!

I am very pleased with my dogs' response to the Petzyo Salmon snd Ocean fish. Having introduced it over the last 2 weeks, they have certainly cleaned their bowls. Too early to tell about effect on skin, coat etc, but so far am pleased that they're pleased. This is a big change as they've been on same kibble for 5 or so years and I thought it was definitely time for a change.

Teddy my Jack Russell loves the chicken & turkey kibble but won't touch the chicken & liver treats his so fussy at least he enjoys the kibble range

We use a mix of dry and raw Petzyo kangaroo and our active dogs love it.

Their health is great and their coats are a sure sign that Petzyo is of the highest quality and consistency.

Patrick was so accommodating to our needs. I got a response within the hour, help with expedited shipping due to a sudden change in my dogs diet post-vet appointment and met with nothing but kindness! Every time I’ve reached out to Petzyo support, I’ve had my needs met and exceeded - both mine and my doggo’s!

After careful research Petzyo offered the best grain free high protient options, made in Australia using Australian sorced materiels. My dog also thoroughly approves the taste.

Our border collie loves the chick magnet, but he is so spoilt it must be cooked first (you know it’s our food if it comes from the frypan 😂) I was timid to cook it the first time worried it would smell my house out but… nope it smells like turmeric and strawberries 😝 yay so happy we will definitely be continuing with it… and he is pooping 1/2 as much so getting so much more nutrition from it. Have my Frenchie on a 1/2 raw / 1/2 kibble diet. Liked the idea that I could purchase both the barf patties and dry biscuits from the same place, and delivery was a bonus. When I placed his new Petzyo meal down on the floor, he couldn’t get it down quick enough. This didn’t just happen on day 1, but also every meal since. So, looks like he’s a Petzyo boy now. He’s a very high energy Frenchie, and his new food keeps him going all day long.
