I had bought a few knee supports so that I could carry on doing my physical activities, none of them seemed to work. So this was my last throw of the dice and try one time. The first time I used it the gym and on bike what a difference not totally pain free but I could tell this would help I. Strengthen and repair as I am terrible for resting. It’s the old soldier in me. However when got on my bike I knew it was not the right size round my calf. I then asked if I could change it or buy another one at the discounted price if I had bought two and get them to send me one large one.
The company not only let me exchange it for the larger size but allowed me to purchase a second one at discounted price. Special code was sent to give me the discounted price it didn’t give the correct price even though it was still discounted. I contact the company who reimbursed the difference. All the actions did not take day it only took hours to respond. What a fantastic company to deal with on the customer care and the product. 5 stars all the way 👍
