Untrusted Merchant
Unfortunately, I had very bad experience with this merchant.
I ordered 11 items from them on Dec 11, 2022. I sent them follow up emails but they hardly respond.
They sent me an email 10 days from the date of my order to tell me only 1 of the items were sent to me. The others were cancelled because they were unavailable.
It's unacceptable. Those items were still available when I ordered them. Unless they did not update their website or they only looked into my order when the items were already out of stock.
They said they will give me a voucher as a refund so I can just re-order; however, after my experience, I decided I will no longer order from them. I replied to them asking to just return my money. Days had passed that I haven't received any reply, I had to raise a dispute with paypal ( payment I used ). Now they are asking me to cancel my dispute with paypal so they can refund me. They said that I disputed the whole amount but it should not be because they sent 1 item to me. Well, I still haven't received the 1 item that they are referring to and it's been 20 days. I will not cancel my dispute with paypal as it is my only assurance that I will still get my money back.

The product quality is not good
The product quality is not good. I wasted my money for this purchase. The quality of the fabric is not good, the size is not true. The way the item was sewn is not in order it's not seamless.
