EVERYTIME YOU TRY TO ATTEMPT A SURVEY YOU WILL BE DECLARED INELIGIBLE.I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A YEAR BUT FAILED
I was not able to take surveys for them so I unsubscribed from them. They still keep emailing me even though I requested that they stop.
One of worst platform I ever worked they giving excuses to reward its users participation. Never recommend this platform to anyone.
Once you sign up, it is not straightforward on how to stop their emails. For months, they clogged up my spam list. The unsubscribe email they link in their emails fails to send which is a complete red flag, and I found a different email address on their site to contact and they haven't responded or unsubscribed me.
However, I realized you can turn off email notifications through your account settings, I should have figured that out sooner! Not the most intuitive thing, though.
I joined this survey site because of some websites' recommendations. Upon joining they gave a tiny welcome bonus. From day one until now i have done about hardly 3 surveys. I joined a panelist group within this site and found out they are facing the same issue just like me. They trick all the new members by posting about how other older members have earned hundreds of thousands of points. In my case, i hardly made 9 points in about 2 months although they sent daily survey invitations, and 97%% of those offered surveys will never work or screen out. I wrote them and asked why this is so and the answer is they want me to be patient for a few months to get suitable surveys daily. My opinion is please don't join this Viewfruit survey site and waste your time as many other survey sites are much better and you can earn a good side hustle from those sites. You search for them on Reddit or Trustpilot itself where people have given good ratings for some survey sites.
I use it regularly and make points and withdraw first time ,but now again when I try to redeem they giving excuses and not redeeming, i think it's not worth now to work on this panel.
Actually, Viewfruit has the potential to be a nice panel to get side income from surveys. I have gotten 12500 points+ since I registered in Viewfruit & cashed out about $25 even with an irregular schedule in surveying.
Yet, at this point, the way Viewfruit do things is questionable.
The way they write the surveys & words on the website look like generated by an auto-translator with weird wordings & so many typos.
There are times when they make surveys available for me on the taskbar, but after I click it, the surveys are only reserved for people outside my area or age range other than mine, which is disappointing & time-wasting. They often don't give "Other" options, so I can't get them to be done because that would be problematic with accuracy system in surveying.
Recently, there's a "Lucky Draw" where they promised the users to be able to get up hundreds or even thousands of points, which I thought would be another good chance to get points. But turns out every time I try the "Lucky Draw, it's always stopped on 10 points or "Sorry, you're not winning" which means the wheel is systemized to stop in a fixed spot every time & unfair from the beginning. If it's going on like this, they should just give us 10-20 on a daily basis instead of wasting our time spinning an unfair "Lucky Draw".
Things get worse after they decide to make user's points expire over time. I have about +/-1700 points that got deleted by the system because they suddenly decided to expire after a year since I got the points. They never did it before 2023 as far as I remember, & because there are delays in getting the survey points because of the audit system, & there are times when I got screened out so this new system feels frustratingly unfair when my hard-earned points were deleted just like that.
I don't know if I complain about this via Contact Us or Customer Service they will reply to me or not,
but I decided to write here instead to warn others about this site.
I think Viewfruit has an unfair system & not really worth it anymore as a survey panel.
I haven't received the money and it's been 10 days. Lol do not even try this scam. After you've wasting your time answering surveys and they'll just not appreciating your work! DO NOT TRY THIS SCAM!
Viewfruit is a survey panel that allows you to take part in marketing research studies and get paid for your opinions. The site is very legit. I have already received/redeemed money thru PayPal a lot of times. The only problem I have with them is that, when it comes to shared IP addresses (share broadband with the family & they are also take surveys in Viewfruit), once you opened the survey & get screened out, the rest of my family won't be able to access the survey anymore. I mean, we are different individuals with different opinions. Aside from that, this platform is worth your time. I recommend it.
