We are thrilled with our window and door screens and we have already had a chance to use them during the recent unseasonal warm spell. They are very discreet and easy to operate. Kade did an excellent job in fitting them and everything was left clean and tidy. It’s good to know that our new orangery will not become a graveyard for insects in the summer months. Fantastic service from beginning right through to the installation.
We first saw Phantom Screens at an exhibition and had a great chat and liked the product and even went to the factory to get another demonstration.
The survey was carried out and power points etc agreed with our builder which then made a perfect installation.

Phantom screens retractable mesh screen has transformed my pool conservatory, keeping debris and insects out of the pool while allowing gentle breezes to circulate.
No need for a skimmer net anymore, making maintenance a joy.
Zoe, Kade and the entire team were professional.

Took only four weeks from my initial enquiry to installation. Everything was smooth and straightforward, and I really appreciated that there was no hard sell tactics , felt like everything moved at my pace. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional , from Alison and Zoe keeping me informed to Kade who did an excellent job fitting the screens.
They look amazing , blending in perfectly with my windows and work well. Couldn’t be happier with my new screens and would definitely recommend!

Every single interation was excellent - from the initial phone call to meeting them on their exhibition stand (Homes & Renovations show - they gave me free tickets) to the survey and fitting (done by the Kade!). The screens themsleves are of excellent quality and blend into the background. I'm so thrilled with them.
