Phantom Removals helped us move all our belongings from our 2 bed in Ipswich to their unit where they are storing our belongings.

Really competitive quote and easy interaction over WhatsApp to sort everything out. Charlie and Alex did a fantastic job, really efficient and no complaints despite a hot day and lots of heavy furniture and boxes needing to be walked to their van, we don’t have parking access to the house so they had to park on the street!

Friendly, calm and positive, the guys had a great attitude and were willing to work late although they had started really early we decided we’ll definitely want to use Phantom Removals when we make our move to Wales. Thank you Phantom Removals!

I need it to move urgent, and I was kind of desperate because 5 other companies of moving have said no in the last minute while they all said yes they would do the service.
This Amazing company was recommended to me on the bishops Stortford group, and I texted them with no hope anymore but even with the first reply they made every problem of mine to be solved IMMEDIATELY. They were great, they made my move, the owner of the company was talking to be super quickly through the chat on Facebook and also gave the possibility to talk on WhatsApp.
Alex the guy that came to help us move, he was incredible and super patient with us.
I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR EVERYONE THAT NEEDS A VAN.
