Terrible

Seller (Eltham Pharmacy) underpaid Royal Mail and claimed it was our responsibility to resolve with RM.
Seller then claimed they paid RM despite RM's system still saying payment not made. Seller persisted claiming it was our responsibility to resolve with RM. We were forced to cancel the order and take the matter to PayPal who rightly refunded us. Seller later apparently resolved the matter with RM (2 weeks after we placed the order), forcing us to refuse delivery.
