Fast Delivery, great tracking
Pharmazon has been overall great. They were initially several months ago a little slow, usually around peak holidays - but they appear to have improved and I must say they dispatch quite fast now, and I particularly like the the tracking via Royal Mail which is very accurate. Mind you, my medication is a controlled type so requires a signature. Overall great, and hopefully they maintain this standard and don’t go back to being ‘slow’ like they were a few months ago. Also, they do tend to respond to emails quite quickly, in my case - same day. Scored 4, as they need to maintain this service to get 5. Thanks Pharmazon team, keep it up!

Very efficient service.
No hassle. I received my medication No later than on third day of them receiving my prescription.
I once had medication review on Monday 22/12 and received my medication on Christmas Eve.

Very dissatisfied
Never sent the payment link caused big delays in getting the medication I require went a few days without medication due to to pharmazon exclusively. I had to reach out to oaktree to get the payment link sent and it was delayed more than ever before and I have screenshot of pharmazon not responding appropriately as well as neglecting entirely to send the follow up payment link I have previously had great experience but this time pharmazon has caused a great deal of pain and I am very sad and disappointed in this company so much that I will attempt to find other means of prescriptions
Update i appreciate the follow up response and I have changed my review in hopes that this issue has been corrected even though you have previously sent the payment link with no issues and you claim you had the wrong email for some reason this most recent time but I can confirm I have always received my prescription even though this most recent time was very delayed I try my hardest to get the doctor appointments in plenty of time for my prescriptions to arrive and I appreciate you sending the nessessary payment links in the future to get my prescriptions on time
