Good delivery but awkward process in need of modernisation
Delivery itself is accurate, efficient and reliable. This is just a very awkward service to use being based on email. It works nothing like any other online service I come into regular contact with in 2025 and that leads to me having low confidence, expecting errors, and feeling quite anxious when using it. It's almost funny that such a crucial cog in the process by which I get my ADHD medication has such a hostile design. It makes me wonder how much money is lost by both Pharmazon and the clinics who use them due to people giving up at this part in the process. My advice to them is to hire an IT consultant.

It has been over 6 months since this review was left and we have not let your points go unnoticed. Over the last 2 years we have been working on a software that will streamline the payment and delivery confirmation process in one easy to access, easy to use healthcare assistant called Gowello.
We are very glad to announce that we are currently in the end testing stage of this software and have started rolling this out with a few of our clinics, with patients heralding it "The Fastest They Have Ever Received Their Medication".

Very easy to use
Very easy to use, even for somebody newly diagnosed with ADHD and zero technical skills. They are also very good at prompt dispatch of medication, particularly when I needed medication within 48 hours due to travelling overseas.

Speedy and reliable. I have never had an issue with this pharmacy and I have recommened it to others who have wanted a reliable medication delivery service. Completely removes the hassle with highstreet pharmacists and the need to worry if less common medication is stock.

Very good pharmacy both for private and…
Very good pharmacy both for private and NHS prescriptions.
For example: I always request specific generic brands of a medication but often not in stock quickly, so I ask for 1 week's worth of the less-optimal brand and to ship that separately whilst they sort out the rest of the stock that week, and then they deliver the remaining 3-week's worth of the more ideal brands.
And they have no issues doing this for me.

Stressful
If I had any choice, I wouldn’t use Pharmazon—but unfortunately, my doctor has chosen them as the designated home delivery pharmacy.
The entire experience has been deeply frustrating. They send scam-like emails demanding upfront payment with no clear acknowledgement afterwards. Once payment is made, there’s still a delay before dispatch—usually a full extra day—which means I end up stuck at home waiting for Royal Mail and often receive my medication later than needed.
The communication is awful. Nothing about this service fits around the patient—it feels like I’m the one bending over backwards. I wish I could say this was a one-off mistake, but the circus continues. With my second batch of medication, I found myself having to chase them with phone calls just to get basic updates.
Poorly executed, poorly communicated, and utterly inconvenient. You deserve better than this.

I am sorry to hear that you didn't feel that our service was up to standard on this occasion, however we would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss and investigate this matter personally and privately before a review was left. After reviewing the timeline of events I can see that a payment was made on Friday 4th after our daily cut off, this was then dispatched on Monday 7th Royal Mail attempted to deliver on the 8th which was unsuccessful and were able to deliver on the 9th.
You would have received an SMS message when the medication was dispatched and would also have received a tracking number in your inbox from Royal Mail, our delivery address emails to our patients contain the essential information necessary to both our new patients and existing patients while also helping to maintain confidentiality. Our Payment links also contain all the information that is listed on your prescription so you are aware exactly what we have invoiced you for.
I do apologise that you did not receive a reply to your email, we are looking into why this happened so we can prevent it in future however, I would like to request that if you have any queries, concerns or have not received a reply within 24 hours, please call us on 01494 424 435 under option 1 and one of my team will be able to assist you.

Delays in dispensing controlled drugs…
Delays in dispensing controlled drugs to patients on multiple occasions. This can result in serious withdrawal symptoms. It is concerning how unreliable the process is and I've had to chase on multiple occasions. Also customer services never answer the phone.

Since leaving this review, we have looked over the situation that you experienced and have looked to ensure that our processes are still effective and accurate.
We aim to have all medication dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the physical copy of the prescription and payment, our team is trained to be able to answer a vast number of questions regarding patients orders and we never wish for any of our patients to be stressed using our service or go without medication.
The phone lines are a crucial tool to us, and since this review we have had a revamp of our phone systems to prevent any patients being left in dark.
Each bit of feedback, both positive and negative is essential in letting us know what we are doing well and where we are falling short so, thank you for your review and I hope that we can provide you with 5 star service in the future!
