This guarantee was a material factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase and constitutes a binding verbal assurance of service delivery.
2. Breach of Service and Critical Delay
Despite the clear and confirmed assurance, the order was not fulfilled on the guaranteed day. The essential medication was eventually delivered on Day Three following the placement and guaranteed date of service. This failure represents a severe breach of the express service contract and directly jeopardized the required usage of the medication.

The critical operational failure was compounded by a complete and unacceptable lack of proactive communication. Death is just a step away when an order for critical life saving medicines is placed with PharmEasy. I placed an order for critical life saving medicines on 4th October and the order was supposed to be delivered by 10 PM the same day. After making the payment, the date was moved to 9th to 10th October and then went on getting postponed by 1 day until I cancelled my order yesterday. Totally unreliable and untrustworthy.

I am shocked and upset with how I was bluffed as a customer. Below is my feedback:
1. Firstly, the phlebologist assigned to me was stinking and I could hardly breathe.
2. While placing the order for my blood test, it was mentioned that a free doctor consultation is included in my package but now when I am reaching out to customer care for the doctor consultation, I am being denied the consultation. First executive says she cannot help with this and I need to reach out to another number. The other number was of Lab and the executive who answered the call says they don't provide doctor consultation at all. I dialled 3-4 different numbers from different sections of "Help" in the app and while 2 of them went on automated responses, the other 2 women did nothing to help and instead made me feel like a fool by saying I am not able to dial the right numbers or that I am lying and there's nothing like doctor consultation, leave alone free doctor consultation. Awesome! Pharmeasy is bluffing by showing these options while placing the order and I have no proof that this option was there and now it's no more applicable.
Please take screenshots while placing your order or else you will be lied straight in the face and blamed.

I ordered a facewash from pharmacyeasy for the first time and I received the product with broken seal and less quantity . After complaining I was advised to return the same and was told that they will refund me.i did as advised and now I have been continuously following up on my refund and they are completely refusing to refund my money also not ready to do the replacement. This is really unprofessional,they first send you damaged and used products and once they receive the returned product they will never bother to refund nor replace. They are fraud . Never knew that they were scammer, cheating the customers and eating their hard earn money.

Untrustworthy company
I had ordered some crucial medicines on 5.10.25. It was supposed to be delivered before 11 pm on 5.10.25. Medicine has not been delivered till now 10.25 pm on 6.10.25 despite vigorous follow up whole day today. I am sorry to say but I have lost all trust in this company.

Medicine not delivered so far. Website says SLIGHTLY DELAYED will be delivered by 10PM today. Same message was appearing yesterday also with yesterday’s date.
