We use the Portsmouth branch, always get a quick a response and seem to be able to get hold of everything. Impressive service.

PHC Parts have always provided an excellent level of service since the company i work for started using them a few years back. Initially i would have to order parts from them via email or over the phone to Bristol, mainly dealing with Jon, who was and is still, providing an excellent level of service to customers. This has only improved further since PHC Parts opened a branch locally to where i am based in Southampton. I now only have to pop into the Swaythling branch, where i can obtain many parts on the same, or with next day availability, which has proved invaluable for increasing the level of service that i can provide to clients and increased first time fix rates. Branch manager Andre is very knowledgeable and helpful, and is always trying to improve and adapt the branch held stock items and general range of products so that they are best suited and are as easily and readily available to his customers as possible. He and Darcy are always quick to respond to any query that i may have. They are now my first port of call for parts orders, and i enjoy visiting the branch where they always provide a welcoming, fast, efficient and friendly service.

Been using PHC in swaythling for around 9 months now, and have not looked back since. Andre and his team are always spot on, parts arrive quickly and are always on time. Andre is also a great laugh, makes picking up parts less of a chore. Coffee is a bonus too😁

In football fans terms "Andre Clark is a top boy" He and his crew have not let us down since we started using PHC Swaythling around 9 months ago. Always picks up the phone and responds to emails within 1/2 an hour. Parts are always on time so we have nothing but praise and respect for what is going on at Swaythling!!

Efficient service and really friendly staff. Needed spares quickly and they delivered them out within half an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Visited phc in Swaythling multiple times and would highly recommend to any engineer to give them a try. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff, Nothing seems like too much hassle. Parts are ordered in usually for next day collection with follow up calls made if required on high priory parts.
