Okay, first off, in case anyone is wondering about the legitimacy of this seller (because we all know it can be pretty hit & miss buying supps off the internet), I can 100% confirm that these products are legit and the seller Charles is lovely, polite & very helpful. My order arrived within 4 days (which is super-fast when you live on a remote island like I do). Capsules are all perfectly formed & filled, and they come in a nice little resealable pouch to keep them safe/dry.

The effect of phenibut itself was something that really surprised me. I bought them to try on the off-chance that they might help with my sleep. I have fibromyalgia & arthritis and often find it a/ hard to get to sleep, and b/ harder to stay asleep. I have a lot of chronic aches & pains, muscle spasms and weird tingling in my hands & feet. I really wasn't expecting this product to help with ALL of these issues, but it really did!

I couldn't believe it. On day 1 I just took a 500mg capsule and found that it allowed me to sleep longer without disruption. Day 2 I took 2 x 500mg capsules and after about 90 minutes my whole body had relaxed, I wasn't stiff or sore and the tingling had all but disappeared. On day three I took 3 x 500mg capsules and felt like a new woman! I was mind-blown! I know that probably sounds like hyperbole, but if you've ever suffered with chronic pain, you'll understand just how life-alteringly amazing it is to find something that improves your condition.

After day three I knew I had to take a break so I didn't take any more for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised however to find that the effects from the previous dose seemed to extend on into day 4 despite not having taken any more capsules. And it seemed to be making it easier to go longer between doses of my regular painkillers too, which was a total bonus.

By day 5 I could no longer feel any of the remnant effects from the phenibut, but boy could I feel all my regular aches, pains, stiffness and tingling right back at the same level they were before I began that 3-day course of the phenibut capsules. That is one of the only downsides to this product (and by "this product" I mean the properties of the chemical substance itself, not the specific product being sold here by Charles). You cannot take it all the time. You will develop a tolerance and you will end up having to go through horrible withdrawal from it. So PLEASE USE SENSIBLY!

I'm not going to lie; after I had such amazing results, the temptation to want to relieve myself of all those aches & pains etc, did make me wonder if I could take it "just one more time?" but no. I know that if I want this product to have the most beneficial effects with the least negative side effects I have to be judicious in my use of it. That means only taking phenibut on the days when I'm likely to be suffering the worst (usually days when I've been out and about doing all the adulting stuff) and only taking up to 3 x 500mg capsules at a time. I'm just incredibly grateful to have found something that does actually work and that I can incorporate into my week to bring me extra relief on the days when I need it.

I've used this site for a few years now but never writen a review. Charles has never let me down. The product and delivery has always been spot on. There was only one time the product didn't arrive but Charles sorted it out immediately and was very helpful and friendly. When Phenibut was starting to get difficult to get hold of due to regulations, Charles came on the scene in perfect time, and I've never had any issues.
