Their Shuffle product is quite nice, and I purchased a unit two years ago, and another as back-up two weeks ago. Everyone else has advanced in Technology, but NOT Philex.com, as they still haven't provided a Remote Control. They also don't do Customer Service, for those of us who don't do "smart" phones ?
They refused to source an old "smart" phone, and put their App on it, which I offered to pay for ?
Nice product - Shame about the Customer Service, or lack of it !
