Like the shoes, hate the unprofessional "service"
I own two pairs of Philip Hog sneakers which I really like so when I bought a new pair via the website, I knew what size I needed. The sneakers arrived and, even allowing for different models having a slightly different fit, the sneakers were at least 2cm longer so too big.
I attempted to contact customer service, sent 4 emails including images showing the size discrepancy, used the online form and attempted to get a response via social media. Nearly three weeks later I still haven't received a single reply from Philip Hog and have returned the sneakers, at significant cost.
The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing, such disregard for customers is negligent and unprofessional. I won't buy anything in future from Philip Hog not just because I can't trust the sizing but also because their customer service is inexistent.
