Beware The Upgrade Is A Downgrade!!

Been a loyal customer for around ten years, my whole home is set up with hue lights and sensors
Just recently Philips hue launched a new hub called pro, it’s advertised as being improved? But on installation I found that all third party apps that work with hue cannot connect to my new hub
So my experience is terrible I’ve wasted £90 on an upgrade which is in effect a down grade

Very disappointing customer service

So disappointing that the customer service offered by this company is rubbish. Having installed their system and some lighting years ago, and it has worked well, I recently needed to add more lighting. Using their Black Friday offer, I found that the lighting I needed was out of stock, and even though the website said it would automatically contact me when it was available, it hasn't, and there is an online error with other lights that I need. I reported this to Hue, but they have taken no action, and their communication methods are also disappointing. Avoid.
