Hi, I'm Phil Speiser - Music Producer & Software Developer After 20 years of making music professionally (I've been lucky enough to reach 400+ million streams and tour the world), I was constantly frustrated by how unintuitive music production tools often are. So I started building the solutions I wished existed. Today, I'm grateful that over 100,000 producers trust my tools to make their music creation easier and more fun. My main project is THE_CIRCLE - where my goal is clear - make it the best music production subscription / membership out there. It's basically Netflix for music makers, giving you access to everything I create. The current highlight is THE_INSTRUMENT 2, my best VST plugin and virtual instrument that includes an AI chord generator and AI melody generator. No music theory degree needed - just play and create! THE_CIRCLE also includes 20+ other plugins and AI music tools, plus a web app with features like stem separation and an AI production assistant. Everything is designed to remove the technical headaches so you can focus on being creative. I'm honestly blown away by the 2,237 5-star reviews from this amazing community. Users tell me they're finishing tracks 90% faster, which makes all the late-night coding worth it! I still produce music daily, so I'm constantly improving these AI music plugins based on real studio needs. If you ever felt overwhelmed by music production, I built these tools for you. Let's make music fun again! Join me in THE_CIRCLE - I'd love to help you create something amazing.

Spawn
Great product. Helps writers and producers generate ideas and inspires creativity. Really easy to use. Would highly recommend.
The Granulator is such a playground
The Granulator is such a playground, making samples fun in a very different way :) Easy to use, and the results are surprising!
Good and usefull Plug In
Excellent plugins
Excellent plugins, even for a complete begginer like me. Everything is explained in small format tutorials. Completely recommended.
Wishing for More DAW Automation & Modulation Options in THE GRANULATOR
I’m using THE GRANULATOR in Bitwig, but currently automation is limited to ON/OFF and Bitwig’s modulators don’t work either. It seems that most parameters are not exposed to the host. It would be very helpful if more parameters could be made available for DAW automation and modulation (e.g. LFOs, envelopes, steps). This would open up much more creative possibilities.
Great Software at a Great Price
Great Software at a Great Price, would 100% recommend

Had a few issues installing -> Great customer service
Had a few issues installing - Messaged the man himself on Instagram and he got right back to me and helped me sort.
Love the product, but the customer service there is really exceptional. Keep up the good work Phil!
'Go to' Granulator!
Nice, easy download, simple installation and *great* plugin. The Granulator is simple to get started with and achieve results quickly. It's a fun unit that I've already used on one of my tracks and have a feeling that it'll become a 'go to' in no time.
Love the plugins
Love the plugins. They help me a lot with polishing my mixes.
Unique!
Such a useful plugin instant sauce for samples or music that needs some uniqueness.
I'm a fan
I picked up Phil's new plugin, THE_GRANULATOR during its introductory sale, and ended up bundling THE_SMOOTHER as well. Phil's plugins are easy to use, easy to learn, useful, and they sound good. I have other plugins that do granular synthesis and effects, but Phil has found a way to make something that's a tool you'll reach for over and over, and that can dial in the sound in your head with less work. Try this on string samples, vocals, breaks... Some amazing possibilities will come out that your sampler can't do. THE_SMOOTHER is a super useful mix plugin as well, and again, the intuitive interface and great out-of-the-box sound have provided great value for the spend, and I have another tool I know I'll reach for regularly.
Creative toy with a fast, polished interface someone who already owns Ableton…
As someone who already owns Ableton Suite 11 and Granulator II, I can say this: if you’re looking for another creative toy with a fast, polished interface, perfect for speeding up your workflow and turning any audio loop into an instrument, £14.99 is an excellent value and a solid impulse buy.
Using his tools is intuitive, and I’ll end up with them all
Using his tools is intuitive, and fluid. Layering the tools may result in lower output frequency, but any DAW can compensate easily. Clarity of out put signal isn’t compromised at all. The only constructive feedback is the application management / installer tool. Not that it doesn’t do its job as it should, it’s only not exactly like others. Took a few extra minutes to work it out, but it’s only ever needed when installing / purchasing additional plugins after the first one. It’s also makes adding additional plugins ins to easier than going online to go find them again.
Fire plug-ins!
Interesting plug-ins, they all feel a little different....in a really good way! The Filter is awesome!!!! It just really connected with me very musical.
Granulator is FIRE!!!!! I've never had a plug-in like it....instant backing tracks!
Not designed for users
I judge software by 3 criteria: 1) natural, obvious workflow (I can just open it and go without having to RTFM - not an option here; 2) Libraries/presets - this software is batting a zero in both categories…no libraries included nor are there any presets to get you going or show you how to build sounds without RTFM (see #1) and 3) it positions as a VST but you can’t drag sounds/samples from your DAWS browser; you have to do it via the Finder on Mac, which screws up the workflow and negates the VST aspect. I opened it, saw these issues, closed it up again. I’ll need to sit down with it when I have time (which won’t be for awhile).
Highly Original & Efficient Plug-In and more
Great Plugins, Highly Original & Efficient – Highly Recommended!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Phil Speiser for the exceptional quality and originality of his plugins.
These tools are incredibly resource-efficient, making them a perfect choice for those who need powerful functionality without draining PC resources.
The designs are completely unique and atypical, but in the best possible way – they bring something fresh to the table that I haven’t seen in other plugins.
I haven’t had the time to test all of them yet (as some take more time to explore), but I can already say that THE INSTRUMENT 2 is a real gem.
It offers a wide range of sounds and features that truly stand out.
THESMOOTHER is also a pleasant surprise. It’s impressive how it softens mixes without causing any pumping effects, something I’ve always struggled with in the past.
However, I did run into a small issue with THECIRCLE.
It seems the server isn't powerful enough to handle more than two stem conversions at once.
The file uploads can take a while, and sometimes the entire site crashes, asking you to "close the window." It would be great to see improvements here, particularly around the server capacity, to avoid such issues.
Despite this, I still highly recommend the THECIRCLE subscription to take full advantage of these brilliant tools.
Overall, the experience has been fantastic, and Phil's creations are truly worth it.
Bravo, Phil! Keep up the great work! (FROM FRED - MULHOUSE - FRANCE)
