Do Not Use!
Don't use!! Over-priced, falsely advertised. Extremely disappointed in whole experience. Not a real tour company. They use local people to carry out the tour, with no instruction or organisation. We were left with no one to meet us, had to go round asking local people for help. Longtail boat was old and in poor condition, not a comfortable trip.
Our experience: Public ferry to Phi Phi was late and most chaotic boat journey, reckless captain driving manically. When we got to Phi Phi there wasn't anyone there to meet us. Messaged Phi Phi tours they said they will check did not reply for ages. Had to ask locals, 30 minutes later a man approached us saying he had just received a text message with our names on. He said he knew nothing about our trip but had to go and find a captain and a boat for us. 20 minutes later he found someone, then we boarded a boat, then had to wait for 'lunch' to be made. Cold plain rice arrived 25 minutes later. Eventually set off on tour, only had a couple of hours to see where we wanted to go. Not enough time left and all destinations now very busy due to extremely late arrival. Left at Maya Bay trying to wave over captain, took us about 30-40 minutes of asking staff on the pier at Maya bay to call round the boats and see where he had gone. Eventually came back for us. Again, now left with not enough time to see everywhere. Boarded ferry back to Phuket, public ferry was then late by 40 minutes and moved us 3 times to board different boats. Overall, terrible trip.
Contacted Phi Phi tours to make them aware of our situation. They said it was not their fault, they delivered what they promised.
We paid £290 for this trip. Absolute scam.

We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience :( We have never received such terrible feedback😳 But what surprises us: how can anyone complain about literally EVERYTHING?! 😅 Really "everything" about the tour was bad in your review, which is very different from the other reviews we have received so far especially on Instagram and Google, which makes us have some doubts about the authenticity of your feedback. But thank you anyway and we hope you find days when the pickiness doesn't destroy the fun ❤️

We just got back from an amazing tour
We just got back from an amazing tour! My personal highlight was maya bay. Since they re-opened it recently you can now really see how nature recovers. We even saw a baby shark swimming close to the beach <3
