Had issue with light but received great service and replacement within a week. Highly recommend for your needs.

I have orderd an 800w uv/ir and after few days I receved mail that the product was not in stock and if I was agree they will send me a 1000w product.I was agreed and until I have received the package I have notice that the 1000w product din't had uv/ir leds and in this time they released a new product FD9600 1000w with uv/ir- The Holly Grail! And they was agreed at no extra cost to send this new product after they will receive the old one.This took of cource 3-4 weeks until I have received the new one. Great communication and understanding form this company.Honestly I wasn'expecting this. Keep going Phlizon!

I use 200watts and its amazing grow light!Anyone who wants to order ,I recomended to buy it here!Top quality grow light!Its safe to buy it and its trusted site!Noubody will ever be disapointed! I use lots if different mark lights,but this phlizon goes higher then all lights from the pass! So so good grow light👍

Don't but phlizon!

1) The light runs suuuuper hot and produces much much smaller yields than other lights per watt. After testing with a light sensor, I could see that the rated ppfd values are inacurate at best or downright fraudulent claims at worst. Both the manufaturer claims and the customer support are deceptive.

2) The grow light driver stopped working after a couple of months.

After contacting Phlizon customer support and providing photos, videos, descriptions etc. they have still not solved my problem. They initially promised to send a replacement part for which it needed more than 3 months to arrive. In the meantime, Phlizons customer support kept liying, stalling and have sent fake tracking links.

After the missing part arrived it did not solve the issue after being installed by an electrician. The electrician immediately identified the issue as being the broken driver and was parplexed by the shoddy build quality and by having their "engineer" suggest the solution in the first place.

All in all, save yourself the trouble and but a proper grow light like Mars Hydro, Spider Farmer or Lumatek.

I made a purchase and it took 10 days for delivery, 20 days passed and my order was not sent, don't trust this site, it's full of fake comments about the store, it's a scam, a thousand dolls stolen by these Chinese people

First package got lost by yodel however staff at philizon rectified the situation and sent another! Finger crossed

I have been using Philizon lights for around 10 years now. I am happy with the products and have no hesitation in recommending them. The lights are great and the service is prompt. I only use Philizon lights now.

Phlizon has been solid the past two years I've been using them.

Had the pleasure of speaking to a few of their service staff and they helped me tremendously.

First getting my grow lights ordered aswell as having any issues I had sorted out.(minor issues addressed quickly and under warranty)

All done quickly , really couldn't recommend them enough , prices are solid, products work great and produce great quality flowers !! Couldn't be happier with my purchases. (I own a phx4 240w, PH-B6 320W, PL4500 450w, and a fd6000-plus 640w) if ur debating I'd say u will not be disappointed!!

I bought a ZF-GLB-240-60 in December 2023. in March 2024 the device refused to work, so I contacted the Phlizon support. I had a reaction within 12 hours and after describing the issue, they offered me to replace the device immediately. After just 4 days, I had the new device in house, really excellent service.

First time I have used these lights, but it won’t be the last. A well made product, and an excellent customer service. Shipped in 6 days, so I cannot fault on any level. 5 stars.

Was perplexed between three LED light manufacturers Spider, Mars and Phlizon, and I cant express how satisfied I am that I chose to get my lights from Phlizon, they were recommended by a friend and I am so happy with it! My plants love it 💚

The quality of the lights are outstanding and a sturdy frame too, customer support are of the highest level, I ordered two FD-4500 and one of the light bars had a slight buzz to it and a minor vibration so I contacted customer care to inquire and recived fast and professional replys and the Phlizon team chose to send me a replacement and told me I can take the light with the issue to be checked by a professional and keep it! I am very thankful to Phlizon and my replacement arrived very fast! I already recommended Phlizon to a couple of my friends and they are very happy with there lights too,

I’ve use these guys a lot and I’ve been growing into my fifth year now and at first it was just a lighter to I would get from them and it was nice. It would run cool and then I got a bigger models and I didn’t have any problems, and then I got support from them a couple times I got lights replaced and just recently they replaced another one. Some of their lights have UV their lights might look like a lot of other competitors but they really are different the metal stick they’re built tough UV or not you’re going to get your flowers can always add HPS if you need but the UV is nice the LED lights they sell are great . I have a 500 watt linear I’ve been using and about eight other lights of theirs, different models. They are bright and clean easy to set up I’ve only had one light with an issue and another one I purchased they gave me a deal on because it wasn’t exactly what I wanted so they work with you

Phlizon’s products and customer service are top tier. We have some of their LEDs that we have used for several crops and came back for 50 more. We don’t plan to use any other brand!

Phlizon is a amazing company! Great customer support responded quickly and helped me get the right light for my grow space. There products are high end and built well. Extremely powerful lights. I bought the PL-4500 model and am super happy with it. I currently have it only set at 40 percent 32inches away from my plants and it's pumping out 520 ppfd.

Phlizon has great customer service, always get back to me right away and always very helpful! I have been using Phlizon lights for about 4 years now and I just ordered more xD
