Had an informal interview with phoenix one connect over the phone. Everything seemed to go well. They then arranged for two training sessions which I made time for. After this, no training invitation or further information was provided, I was then ghosted by the employees I was interviewed by.
I contacted the company director Matt Hawkins at Phoenix One Consultancy and the email replies were very rude and offensive. extremely upsetting emails from this man causing me massive distress to read them. will never EVER use this company. don't want to be shouted at in an email by this person representing this company. first ever contact with them and it has been a very disturbing and worrying experience. He was typing in capitals and getting angry which is not a professional way to speak to people. disgraceful.
