Terrible tech support

Terrible tech support. Charged me $47.00 for a restocking fee. Never fixed the issues with the radio. Sold me a seven years old used model and promised me a discount for the downgraded version of the radio I ordered which never materialized. All around horrible customer service.

This is a junk Chinese radio

This is a junk Chinese radio, factory radio has better performance and features. They refuse to accept returns. You can fight with settings for hours and get no where. Buy a $75 Walmart radio you get better quality and they take returns.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. Brought a radio for almost a thousand dollars and been giving me issues. After 2 months of going back and fourth then send me a replacement for a deposit price of 600. Get the radio and its the wrong one. Ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they say the person will call been waiting for days and still no call. I call back all the time and get the same answer about someone calling me back. Do not buy. They rob you for your money

Refusing to ship

Input vehicle info at the time of order, a week later and informing them 5 times via email they still wont ship because i refuse to send the a picture of my dash….. IT IS A MASS PRODUCED CAR! THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!! Filed a fraud claim with my credit card company… worthless company!!

I ordered a radio on 12/23/2025 and today is 3/16/2026 and was asked for 3 to 6 more weeks, this is preposterous, unacceptable, horrible company, I was offred an used open box with $100 discount only, what a joke.

Buy from Amazon or

The unit came straight from China so there is no difference than just ordering from Amazon except you dont benefit from Amazon CS.. Buy for P and P Custom Shop or Amazon. The unit is always malfunctioning in a different way every two weeks. it is stuck on the backup cam. I was force to pay for another one to be shipped and then refunded when I ship the busted one back. I was told it will take a week, then told it will be a month due to they all decided to vacation for over two weeks.

This was the worth experience ever ordered my radio in November 2025 never got it and now it’s February 2026. I called many times. I got many emails to prove stay away from this company. They are horrible and this is just the beginning for me I’m also gonna make a big complaint on Better Business Bureau

I ordered the android 13/14 display for…

I ordered the android 13/14 display for my F-150 on 1/23. I was patiently waiting for shipment to occur, until on 2/10, I contacted the company, only to disappointing excuse and "sincere" apology as to why it may have not been shipped as of yet, but no real answers. I would not trust this company, and that is a shame, as there are few options available for replacement displays.

I am still currently trying to get this…

I am still currently trying to get this issue resolved it has been since November. I was told by a local mechanic to order this radio asap from this website. He finally got the chance to try to hook the radio up and it doesn’t work. I have set several appts up with the technicians and all have ended the same way- with no answers and I’m still waiting and receiving links to set up tech appts. When I email they said now they have emailed my husband even tho they haven’t emailed a solution and that’s the question I am asking in my emails to them. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend this site and I would never use this site for my future electronics again. November to current date in January - this problem has not been resolved.

After waiting three months I canceled…

After waiting three months I canceled my order. Was told the same thing one week it would be " Your order is ready to ship, waiting on shipping department for tracking. Then I get emails stating that they ran into issues with my unit we need two more weeks. I finally gave up and requested a refund. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Have been waiting for our unit over a…

Have been waiting for our unit over a month now. Specifically since November 16, 2025 Each time we call it's the same thing, they're waiting on parts for it. Then they will say it's almost done, we will be shipping it out in 2-3 days. Called again after not getting confirmation and it needed a different part they're waiting on and it will be another week or two. For over a month these are the responses we have gotten. They have offered no accomodations for how late the unit is or for the headache this has caused. We paid 700 dollars for the radio and another 68 dollars for expedited shipping. We're tired of calling every week to see if it's done and being shipped. They can't tell me what parts they're even missing for it to be done. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Riff off with terrible customer service

I ordered a unit for my 2014 gx460. It was an open box unit so I expected there to be scratches. After installing it I discovered one of the buttons didn't work, so I retruned it. They deducted $75 off my refund because they said there were scratches on the unit and the only way they would return my $75 was if I has proof that those scratches were thet originally. Why would I take pictures of scratches when I purchased the unit knowing it was an open box and I expected it to have scratches? What I didn't expect was for the unit to be defective and for me not to receive a FULL refund. Once again, the item was defective. Of course no one cared what I had to say.

Nissan Titan Phoenix radio…

If you want to get an awesome radio that looks like it came from the Factory you need to get a radio from Phoenix Automotive it's awesome now I have a Tesla side screen in my 2023 Nissan Titan there were some things that I had to learn how to operate but I was able to fix the logo and get it off so everything is great

I have issues with the purchased of 13 Android 12.1 For Toyota Tacoma 2023 as soon as I contact the technician service department they are very professional and I am very thankful for the person name Coraima, she was very helpful guide us all the way through, and we be able to fix the problem with the radio.
