I cannot recommend Phoenix Car Centre enough. Completely hassle free from start to finish, i had an idea of 3 different cars i wanted due to there comprehensive stock list they had all 3 cars i wanted to look at, on arrival i was allowed to look around the cars , i was given the keys and allowed to test drive Completely hassle free. The Staff at PCC were zero pressure or hassle and extremely helpful on collection day sorting and completing all paperwork....I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a new set of wheels

The team at Phoenix were attentive and professional when I was looking to get a replacement car. I arranged an appointment and took the vehicle for a test-drive and was told to take as long as I needed to ensure I was happy with everything. Their attention to detail was first-class and I never at any stage felt under pressure with an old-school hard sell. Recommended.

Just wanted to share my experience dealing with Phoenix cars. It's a story with a happy ending even if the middle bit wasn't all plain sailing. Bought a beautiful RS4 from Phoenix and when I went to view and test drive it, it was exactly as the advert described. However, there was one tiny concern, at least at the time it seemed tiny; an infrequent, difficult to replicate, very quiet, occasional, little clunk when changing gear. It wasn't there all the time and from inside the car barely noticeable. Not easy to spot or diagnose the issue. Not even easy to be sure there was an issue at all.

Phoenix assured me it was nothing to worry about and I took their word for it, safe in the knowledge that if this turned out to be a problem they would put it right. Well it did turn out to be a problem, a rare and costly one, almost unheard of; a worn synchro hub on 4th gear. How this can occur in a DSG box controlled by software that won’t allow any 'dodgy' gear changes is anyone's guess. Most likely it was a manufacturing fault.

Following a bit of back and forth and a couple of independent inspections Phoenix agreed to carry out the repairs and totally at their cost. They couldn't cover the cost through their warranty company because it wasn't a fault that developed after the sale, essentially it was there before the sale but had gone unnoticed and so Phoenix were on the hook for the entire cost of the repairs.

I won’t reveal how much it cost but if you know anything about gearboxes you will know they aren't cheap to fix, auto boxes are even dearer, DSG boxes dearer again and that's if you can find someone that will take the work on. In total Phoenix and their specialist had the car back for 4 weeks but Phoenix were as good as their word and covered the repair costs, they also leant me a courtesy car and delivered my RS4 back to me once it was fixed.

I've had the car back for 4 months now and it still drives perfectly; gear changes are smooth and of course completely silent. I was really worried it wasn't going to get sorted but the car feels great.

OK, Phoenix missed the issue when they sold the car to me but it was barely there at the time. In any case, they took responsibility and sorted it out at their cost, no argument, just good communication all the way through. In particular, thanks to Jason who arranged the repairs and kept me updated with progress.

From my experience I believe Phoenix are a very trustworthy car dealer and I would certainly not hesitate to buy from them again.

Emailed to ask if car was still available. No reply. Went on live chat to ask same question. Person on live chat doesn't actually work for the company so didn't know the answer. Said she would get someone to email me. Still no reply. Following day car was removed from auto trader website so presumably sold. Good job I didn't make the 3 hour journey without checking first.

Just got a new car from phoenix and Austin and Joe made it so easy and helped me get into a much better deal would highly recommend and will certainly be using the in the future cheers guys

Excellent sales service, and after care. I’ve purchased three cars from Phoenix over the past few years because they not only make the sale easy and enjoyable, but they have been honest and helpful with the aftercare. I’ve had a few issues after buying cars, none of which were there at the time of sale. Each time they have communicated the best way to sort the issue, and have been fair with the financial side. I always use their Warranty, and extend it if possible. A good company, and a great range of cars.

Do not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this company. I visited Phoenix Car Centre having seen their website and within 48 hours have the vehicle of my choice. No hassles, no hard sell or misinformation just GREAT customer service. My salesman was Neil whom was friendly, knowledgable and went that extra mile when I encountered some financial hiccups on the day of payment thanks to a less than helpful bank (cancelling my account with them immediately!). A 40 minute "come back when you like" test drive proved my vehicle to be in great shape and mechanically sound just as advertised. Why waste your time with a main dealer when a company such as Phoenix Car Centre can provide good value and excellent service. Keep up the great work Phoenix. I will see you again for my next purchase.

Their warranty was threatening me not to pay me until i removed a bad review about them, so i had to remove them to get paid!!! so im writing the review again to warn others!!!

Dont use their warranty company ‘warranties2000’ better buy yourself a Rac which covers everything.

My car broke down, its been 2 months, still haven’t been paid. (EDIT- Been paid only when removed a review and only for the starter motor. Programming, battery, recovery fees wasnt included even when bought most expensive platinum warranty)

The reviews of warranties2000 are so bad that they write their own ones to make themselves look decent.

Winchester car sales did not help at all when complained that their warranty company does not pay me, they are only helpful when buying a car, after you bought one dont expect much help from them.

Great experience - smooth transaction. Car delivered with no problems and as advertised. Very good communication throughout. Will use again.

I wasn't looking to purchase a car but my husband was. We ended up buying two cars! Very spontaneous as I fell in love with a beautiful British racing green Jaguar!
I part exchanged my Mercedes and Austin gave me a good price. Both our cars are lovely and any problems you may see or find are quickly ironed out without quibble, I loved the fact there was absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy here and it made the whole experience easy and relaxed. Excellent service and great car choice. They had a huge selection of low mileage quality cars, we were originally looking for one vehicle but ended up purchasing two.
Both Austin and Graham were great, dealing with some minor items efficiently that we wanted sorted before purchasing the cars. We were also given very good price for our part exchange.
Would highly recommend and would be 1st place we will visit for any future car buying.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
Dalton was my main man, easy process from the beginning. Car arrived earlier than expected. Alloys got the full treatment and resprayed a colour of my choice.
They even resolved a paint issue!

So far so good, early days however the staff from sales and administration answered every question without hesitation. Very helpful and good cars available.

I recently bought a used car from Phoenix, and the sales service was great – clear information and no pressure. A couple of minor issues were also sorted out. The car developed a fault after a few days, but Jason and Phoenix were superb, sourcing the part and fitting without question or quibble. I'd be more than happy to buy another car from them.
