Had my EV charger supplied and fitted by Phoenix. The installation was quick and professional. I asked if it was possible that the charger could be located to a different position than originally planned and this was no trouble for the engineer.

Solar install
I recently had phoenix out to install some solar panels for me. What can I say... from start to finish this company have been second to none from first contact up to install has been so smooth the guys who fitted the panels were here on time, they didn't stop working even with all the heat and have done an absolutely fantastic job of installing my panels the electrician arrived later the same day and got it all wired and running before he left. Safe to say I was gobsmacked! Phoenix have made such an amazing impression on me im currently having a design done for an air source heat pump which I really cant wait for. So if your after renewable technologies these are the people to do it. thankyou phoenix for the work you have done it has been fantastic and an absolute pleasure to have you here, ill get the kettle on when you come to do my heat pump.

Heating problems
My heating had stopped working an engineer - Shane from Phoenix Gas Services arrived promptly he quickly identified the faults, He explained the issue clearly and arranged to return once the required parts were available. On his return visit he replaced the control panel in the kitchen, the thermostat in the hall also a valve on the hot water tank, everything is now working perfectly. He was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. I’m very pleased with the service and would happily recommend.

same shit different day!!! no attempt using doorbell or knocking, only carefully placing curled up card in letterbox and clearing off. 3rd time in past 3 weeks. they increase my anxiety every year when they are due to maintain my boiler. I complained, citizens advice complained too. they seem to do as they please. SHAME ON YOU PHOENIX

Annual boiler servicing is a vital safety requirement, and we have a responsibility to make every reasonable effort to gain access to ensure your boiler is operating safely and efficiently for your comfort and wellbeing. We therefore follow the same procedures for all customers when arranging and attending appointments.
Our records also show that it has been necessary to make multiple appointment attempts on a regular basis over a number of years before we have been able to gain access to your property. While we understand this process can be frustrating, we will continue to follow the correct procedures to fulfil our safety obligations.

Phoenix Gas has attended multiple sites for me over many years and surveyed, carried out subsequent commercial heating, air conditioning, and plumbing installation works on several Schools, Libraries, Care Homes and Offices Buildings over many years for me. I have always found their staff (engineers, office staff, and management) to be professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and very competitively priced. Phoenix has never had works carried out with any sort of Health & Safety or behavior incident on-site.👏🙌👌

The Phoenix Group recently did my EICR at my house I was selling. It needed doing urgently as the house move was dropped on us to get completed within a month! They came round completed the EICR and completed the remedial jobs required in good time and sent over the certificate on the same day. Brilliant service first class lads on the job

I recently had a visit from Phoenix Gas Services and was extremely impressed with the service provided. The engineer arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the visit.
The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. It was reassuring to deal with someone who was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service.
From booking the appointment through to completion of the work, the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix Gas Services to others and would happily use them again in the future.

Annsheel Khan is the engineer that visited my home this morning, because of a gas leak and he has been truly outstanding, he was warm kind and respectful, he was knowledgable and extremely quick, he realised that it was something cadet would need to fix and contacted them accordingly, they are a total different story but I called him later for an update and he was available all day he really went the extra mile even speaking to the second chap from cadet at well gone 5pm to ensure my family and I I'm so incredibly grateful Phoenix you should be really proud!

This is the worst company
This is the worst company, if I could give no stars I would, I pay every bill on time but they disconnected my gas when I was at work because they needed to do maintenance then left me with no supply for an entire day and night. I had to take emergency leave from work to admit one of their ‘engineers’. Their ‘customer service’ is the worst I have ever experienced

Would leave zero stars the company is an absolute joke, had three appointments booked, had to cancel one and rebook, rebooked and never showed up on the 23rd of April even though they said they did also had an appointment on the 11th of May have video doorbell footage that shows the engineer walking up to the door and putting a card through without even knocking the door, you ring and get a person on the end of the phone that clearly doesn’t want to help at all, now we are being threatened with court action by our landlord because there engineers can’t even be bothered to knock a door!!

Another bad review
A boiler service identified a leak. Engineer was supposed to report repair and order parts. 3 weeks later and no sign of any repair. Phone calls not being returned. Why am I chasing up a service used by rugby council? I have no option but to use this rubbish company.
I had a reply from this company see below.
Rugby council and myself called via phone to chase up this matter on more than one occasion. The lady was on lunch and was supposed to return call, which she didn't hence more than one call to chase up. Its is down to this company to book repair via engineer.
Strangely enough I spoke to a man from this company who couldnt apologise enough. So why does the reply not reflect the conversation I had? 🤔

Following your review, our engineer contacted you and we understand that the leak has now been resolved by Worcester under a warranty call. It appears there may have been some confusion regarding communication, as we were unable to locate any instruction from Rugby Borough Council through their portal or via email, which may have contributed to the delay in progressing the repair.
We appreciate your patience while this was being clarified and apologise again for the inconvenience caused. If there is anything further you need, please do not hesitate to contact our office and we will be happy to assist.
Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. First appointment - no-one turned up. Second appointment employee arrived, diagnosed the problem with the heating pump. Went away to order it. Third appointment - different bod turned up and said the valves needed replacing as well but didn't have them on the van. 4th. appointment - no-one turned up. 4 separate days waiting in, moving furniture, not putting heating on so repair could be undertaken. 2 disabled pensioners in the property. Absolutely disgusting! Doesn't deserve the 1 star.
