14 minutes waiting for my call to be answered. When finally answered, I was told they were too busy to speak with me at present and that somebody would call me back tomorrow. I received the call back on a Friday at 4.55pm, when I was not at home and had no papers with me to refer to regarding my queries. Consequently, I’m still trying to speak to someone.

Dismally poor service from Phoenix.

Very friendly call handler called Ellie, gave me all the information I requested.

I asked for a transfer value and was told you would contact me by post. That hasn’t happened yet unfortunately.

Asked for a pension statement still not had it a week later

So far everything goes good. Just waiting for money to come through.

The clerical officer was focused on my requirements concerning pension enquiry. Listened well and understood nature of my call.
I would have liked to have had more specific in formation regarding cashing in my small pension pot but at the same time I appreciate Phoenix’s position regarding clients money

Easy to get through and speak to advisers who were helpful and informative and arranged a callback at my convenience. The process of moving pension funds to a drawdown product within the group was fast and efficient. Excellent service.
