Phoenix Motorcycle Training - Fareham Reviews 

We both have done our motorbike tests with Phoenix and they're honestly the best. Very supportive, positive attitudes and full of knowledge. I personally am a nervous biker but having the support and getting my full bike license with Mickey & Martin, I am much more confident and that I am a good rider. I really do recommend this to anyone who wants to take up motorcycling!

Friendly staff and training is good and I am quite happy with it.

These mens are very friendly
allways happy to answer any question teaching perfectly good

I started the day having never even touched a motorbike, and by the end of the day was feeling safe & confident riding on the road.
A big thanks to Mickey, my instructor for the day, he was super friendly & was really helpful in helping build my confidence.
I'd recommend Phoenix to anybody looking at booking their CBT, I'll definitely be returning for the DAS course next spring :)

The days was well organised and professional throughout

Training started at 8:30. Really good experience overall. The instructor Gary was great and really encouraging. Fareham is a great place to take the CBT. Road ride was brill. Highly recommended

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great communication with the office and the Instructors are all very patient and knowledgeable.

I had the pleasure of being trained by Gary on what could only be described as Englands weather being at its finest (torrential rain and high winds). Even on such a miserable day Gary kept the spirits high and made the training enjoyable and professional through out. His knowledge was spot on and I took a lot away from the day. The teachers were very knowledgeable and helpfull,the went through everything and explained things very well.

Paul, my instructor, was excellent. He was so patient and friendly; he made the experience so fun. I learnt so much and felt very reassured. I couldn’t of asked for a better instructor for my first time on a bike. Highly recommend!

Paul was a great instructor and overall great person. Very knowledgable and made everyone feel safe and at ease. In the morning we did a lot of exercises in a playground and he always had great feedback and a lot of patience when I wasn’t using the right amount of clutch.

For the road part he also made us feel safe as he would come next to us in a T section and made sure we would wait whatever time we needed. Will definitely come back if I ever decided to do the DAS.

The instructors I had for assessment and CBT were great but the office staff and booking process were disappointing and I went elsewhere in the end for this reason.

EDIT: they were separate bookings 10 weeks apart yet you cancelled both.

Paul was an excellent instructor and made you feel at ease. His manner on delivering instructions was clear and he asked that you were happy with the instructions. Paul was patient with the riders if lesser ability and gave them time to improve. The on the road experience was excellent, with clear instructions as to what you needed to do and plenty of feedback as to your progress. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Paul

Just passed the CBT course with Mark who was very professional and also a nice guy.
I would highly recommend Phoenix with top notch instructor and very efficient customer service.
