Phoenix Motorcycle Training Reviews 

I had to have an extension on my initial CBT as I was a complete novice to riding, The first experience was a bit difficult for me but the instructors where patient with trying to get me to understand the parts of riding motorcycle that I found confusing. It was clear that I wasn't able to safely go out on the road first time around but I was encouraged that all I needed was a bit more time for the sake of safety and comprehension.

I was told not leave it too long between continuing and was advised to do a 1 hour Pre-CBT so the skills I did manage to learn don't fade. Which I did and it was a great help to me getting my head around the things I struggled with. This allowed me to attend the continuation of my CBT with renewed confidence and thankfully pass!

The instructors that I came across where all welcoming, helpful and polite, Had time for everyone attending and tried to keep us all engaged and involved as a group even if some of us needed a bit more guidance than others. I will 100% be using Pheonix to complete my DAS in the near future and I definitely recommend it to others.

They teach you the right thing and they will make sure you do the right thing,
They provide a good quality service and good communication.

The instructor was really good at his job and different how he teach me when training me in the past ie alot better this time I'd rather go back to phoenix anytime 19 out of 10

Done my CBT with Phoenix Motorcycle training. Had a long pause in riding and was abit nervous and rusty. Chris the instructor took the time to instruct and teach which gave me the confidence and ability to be able to pass the CBT. Thanks for a good day and some great laughs along the way! Would thoroughly recommend the company and will be looking to come back to obtain my full bike license.

I had a really positive experience completing my CBT with Liam.

I already had some riding experience, but what really stood out to me was how Liam supported another learner on the day who had very little experience. He was 19 and clearly still building confidence, but Liam was patient, calm, and really clear with him throughout.

Nothing felt rushed. Liam explained things properly, gave reassurance where needed, and created an environment where both experienced and less experienced riders could learn at the right pace.

The training felt professional, safe, and supportive from start to finish. I left feeling more confident on the bike, but also genuinely impressed by Liam’s approach with new riders.

I would definitely recommend.

Really good instructors with great knowledge from how the bike works to actually riding and tips and tricks

I would like to start by saying I had never touched a motorbike before, I was scared of the sound they made and on my first pre CBT lesson I didn’t move the bike…anyway Ben got me to my CBT in 3 lessons.

I’ve never met a more patient person in all my life, the instructions Ben gives are incredibly clear and tailored to whoever he is speaking to. I genuinely cannot believe I can move the bike, this is all down to how great Ben is as a teacher and how passionate he is! THANK YOU BEN!!! see ya soon for the full licence hehe 🏍️

It's was a great day, Andrew & Jorge were very professional and very informative. It was a very hot day and they made sure that everyone was having plenty of water. CBT done now moving on.

Another fun day out ! It was indeed very hot , Ben made sure we had our frequent water breaks throughout the course.

Ben was very patient with me as I’ve never been on a geared bike before but with his confidence and instructions gave me hope and confidence myself !

I felt a lot more confident this time around after getting a swing for things after being on a ped for my cbt !

- Very positive feedback , I was recommended to do the CBT + to gain more feel for the bike which I can’t wait for !

Liam was a great instructor and frequently checked in to see how I was feeling and how I thought I was doing before sharing his own views (which he was real about). He also knew exactly what would be best for me to practice and, hence, I passed 1st try! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book their CBT.

I had an amazing time doing my cbt here. Sean was an incredible instructor, very patient and gave us a few chuckles which helped calmed the nerves. Highly recommend

The instructor Marc was amazing he was patient
He was very clear on instruction and guidance
On what was one of the hottest days did it all with a smile and banter

Gave me all the resorces ,information and support i needed to pass my cbt from having no expeeince

Doing the one to ones with Sam helped massively and having the help from Dave on the CBT day.

If you have no prior experience with a clutch I highly recommend doing a one to one before doing your CBT it’s a lot to take in on one day so doing the one to one before helps a lot.

The instructor was amazing. He made my CBT stress free and lots of fun. I couldn’t recommend Phoenix motorcycle in Bath enough.

I did a few pre-CBT lessons and my CBT with Ben and he was so helpful and a great instructor. The other instructor Paul who was at the CBT was also very helpful and thorough in his explainations.

Will definitely be going back for further training to get my license.
