We have had a number of years of very good administrative service and assistance from Phoenix and thank them for their care. It is not our wish to leave the company but have been given no choice.

Great service . Very helpful and caring team who are extremely pleasant to deal with.

Phoenix Care has been attending us for 3 weeks, to wash, dress and care for my husband 2 to 4 times a day, when he came home from hospital. The carers are all very reliable, positive and adaptable. (My husband's physical state has varied, as has his mood.) He has often enjoyed their company and I have really appreciated their help and support.

Absolutely fantastic agency and carers. They couldn’t be more helpful and caring and they are the best agency that I have ever used! I highly recommend them for anyone who requires help with all aspects of their daily lives.
The office staff are brilliant and go out of their way to help you. All the carers are extremely experienced and very highly trained in all different health problems.

Phoenix care are a superb professional company to work for. Always plenty of work and the Managers and staff are so helpful, friendly and understanding.

We have two regular carers, Helen and Sally Ann. They are both gems and have, by now become part of the family. They both take Audrie out on trips around the local country and I have developed a 'grandfather - granddaughter relationship with Helen. They both clear up any of the housework that they see requires attention and Sally Ann in particular engages Audrie in various craft projects. Helen ferries me around now that I am no longer permitted to drive. Tom is always ready to organise substitutes when required and they have always been very satisfactory. After two and a half years we have nevere regretted having Phoenix as our carers and are very happy with the degree of care with which we enjoy.

Wonderful company. They looked after me so carefully and made us laugh too. Nothing was too much for them.

How lovely it was to wave goodbye to them all ...............when I no longer needed them!

Absolutely excellent service from Sally Anne and Helen, who support my ageing parents. Nothing is too much trouble, amazing response to emergencies, even whilst off duty. Imaginative, person centred support packages. I am totally confident that my parents are in good hands. I highly recommended this company.

I've been a client with Phoenix Care for over 5 years and I think that Phoenix care is brilliant. The staff don't see their clients as 'just a client' or 'just a job' and the managers are visible and willing to interact with clients, as well as being supportive to their colleagues. Phoenix Care provide person centred care and realise the varying needs of clients. Clients are listened to and have a say in their care. Phoenix Care don't just send a carer to clients. They try to match the client with carers who will best be suited to them. Phoenix Care carers have up to date training but are also willing to learn from their clients. Carers are always professional and respectful. The support that Phoenix Care provides I am able to live a safe, happy, independent and fulfilling life.

If your looking for care or looking for work I can recommend Phoenix care. I have worked in care for over 20 years and Phoenix has to be the best care agency I’ve worked for. The management are great, quick to respond and forward thinking. The support staff are superb, demonstrated by their willingness to work throughout this pandemic. I would highly recommend this as a job, and to receive care

I’ve worked for Phoenix care for over 7 years. I’ve always found the management to be incredibly supportive and professional. The other members of staff regularly go above and beyond to provide for their clients and ensure continuity of care. The ethos behind the company is fantastic, training is provided to ensure everyone meets CQC regulations and to further any specialist interests should they wish to. Care plans are written meticulously and regularly reviewed to ensure clients needs are met. I have really enjoyed working for Phoenix and will continue to do so. I’d not hesitate to recommend Phoenix should myself or my loved ones need care.

This is by far the best company I could ever dreamed of to start my career in care work. From the moment I applied the communication (especially in a pandemic) has been brilliant. All the staff are extremely caring, professional, friendly and approachable. The training opportunities are brilliant and their care plans for each individual are extremely detailed to exactly what the client needs and requests. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them for their care packages to friends or family or for job opportunities 🙂

‼️‼️Defo not recommend this company at all they let there staff smoke weed and even sell it between visiting clients homes and worst ever company I’ve been with if your face don’t fit you don’t get hours and when you do finally get hours they take you off them and give to someone else I’ve asked numerous managers team leaders for the top managers email or phone number and they decline to give it to me as I’ve got proof of everything this is probably why they are employing drug dealers because they can’t get proper staff and the communication between staff and managers and team leaders are appalling hence why there staff are like what they are and I pray to god if my family ever need help I would never use this company ever so if your reading this I would look for another company to look after your loved ones ‼️‼️

I can highly recommend Tom Greenwood and the Phoenix Care Agency. My husband has Alzheimer's and Tom found me two wonderful male carers to help with his personal care. Both Tom and the carers have gone above and beyond their duty to be responsive and flexible. Though always thoroughly professional, they have become not just employees, but friends. Tom - with a light touch - was always there to straighten out any wrinkles and respond to our needs. I can't thank Phoenix enough for their help over the last two years; I don't know how I would have managed without them.

Currently experiencing poor communication and lack of direction in regards to provision of services/care during current Pandemic.

have to frequently ask for certain documents relevant to bi annual audit, rather than they be made available at time of billing for care provided

Have experience better care prior to Pandemic, but currently over 6 weeks in now

We turned to Phoenix after a recommendation. We had been struggling with unreliability from a previous care company. We liked the different approach, allowing us to interview the staff and arrange our own rota. Tom Greenwood guided our interviews, and mediated where necessary. Generally we were able to take a step back once the carers were in place. We found the accounts as emailed quite complicated, however it was always explained satisfactorily. We were inexperienced in setting ground rules when employing staff, and would have appreciated firm rules in place. We believe this is now the case.
Phoenix enabled my 97 year old father to live independently in his own home. He became very fond of the team of carers and took great interest in them and their lives. It opened up new “windows” as his life outside his home became restricted.
