I cancelled my order on the 28th of September it’s now the 14 th of October 25 still waiting on my refund l email them yesterday no reply

I too fell foul of this scam, and endorse all of the comments. Via their contact 'form' I asked when the Iphone 6e was going to arrive, I got a quick respose that the shipper (americanism) has confirmed that it would be within two days.......on the last day of these two days I checked their tracker and low and behold it was now on its way to the UK!!
Stopped my credit card and have now lodged a cash
back with the bank.
Steer well clear of any of them and ther associates, beggars belief that these 'companies' are still are out there.

Unfortunately I fell for this scam. Very convincing web site with the name of a UK based company which checks out on Companies House web site. However the address given is a private house. They even provided a tracking link to a fake tracking web site which looked very plausible. Have initiated a claim through my credit card provider. Please don’t be fooled - this is 100% scam.

Update 22/10/2025- I now see that the fake tracking site has been taken down, but the sales site is still active! They are still apparently taking peoples money - unbelievable!

I have reported the scam to the UK cyber security authority but it is still live.

I can see more people are reporting the fraud every day, and I truly feel sorry for the people who didn’t pay with a credit card.

The other thing that really bothered me was that on the fake “tracking page” if you changed the last three digits of the “order number” you could see the contact details of other people who fell for this scam including name, address and mobile phone number. Shameful and very worrying!

Sadly I fell for it 😔 A scam with fake tracking website. I asked customer support a question on delivery and the person responding used a link that when pressed goes to an American real estate website. So only a thin veneer covering the scam. Thankfully I used a credit card so will get my money back but I'm annoyed I fell for it.

Nah this is a scam and I pity those who pay the full prices as they cleverly match theprices on reputable sites. I mean literally in this case facebook should block and ban these sods but I guess they want their money! Yes I can alco confirm they pretend it's coming from Canada but nothing arrives

Pay on credit card - you are protected then like I was. Or better still buy it from the UK

Even worse - if you put your order number in but change the last 2 digits - you get other people's orders! - so name address and phone number, not secure at all and a GDPR breach. The company has been reported to Companies House just in case we can stop this scam.

Edit - The "tracker" site they made up has now gone - and so it's now been reported as a scam to actionfraud and companies house. The website says always a response but both "george" and "jane" stopped responding now.

scam company! they say uk delivery but they told me they ship from remote warehouse in Canada!!!! they use a company called global cargo lite to ship the phone which looks like another Website they have created to create fake tracking info.
No items ever sent

Scam. Warehouse address is for an empty site in slough and company house filling shows only 1 employee of a small mail order phone shop.

If it too good to be true, then that’s what it is. Did anyone notice that the advert for iPhone 16E has the date 1st April on screen? If in doubt check it out!

This company has got scam written all over it. It advertises on social media with prices of phones that look too good to be true and as the saying goes they usually are. I messaged the contact address why no trust pilot reviews and they haven’t responded, alarm bells are ringing. What happens is they take your order but you pay another company, delivery never happens and then you will have to fight it out with your bank to decide whether you have been victim of fraud. Best steer clear is my advice.

I saw the iPhone 16e add on instagram, clicked the link and it took me to another site. Saw the add again and decided to check them out on trust pilot. The first review says it all.

I’m suspicious about this company.They show a good trustpilot review in their website. However, there’s none here. They have an Iphone in a promotion ending yesterday but, today it is still there with a new date for today.
