Shani really helped me out in an emergency after my builders accidentally cut my phone line, I need broadband to be able to work so I really appreciated him coming out so quickly. He was very patient and went the extra mile to tidy up my wiring, he even fixed an issue with our home alarm that was also linked to our phone line. Very honest and friendly.

Shani gave us a very dedicated service. Our internet has been problematic for years due to the length of the house, difficult to get the signal to the back of the house and also to the studio in the garden. Shani came back three times, trying different solutions until he got the connection and speed right. We are now very happy with our internet! Really recommend.
