A bad experience
Make sure to have a clear communication and agreements with Phonebutler before you get your products fixed. Make sure to know the exact state of your product before you turn it into repair, and maybe ask for documentation, both for your and Phonebutlers sake.
I had my smartphone fixed for a broken front and back glass cover, before that I considered selling my phone to them. They took it in to investigate it and offered a price for 400,- since it only was the front and back coverglass that needed to be fixed. Afterwards I decided to keep the phone and pay for the repair since I knew that my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy A7) had a great camera. After many days of miscommunication
(I several times asked the owner contact me by phone when my phone was ready/or to give me a price/onfo, which didn't happen) I got my phone back. When I came home and opened the camera I tried my camera and the picture had several annoying spots. I quickly came back and told him I was rather surprised since my camera wasn't broken the last time I used it. I said that I of course didn't accuse anyone for the error, but I was curious to know whether they had discovered this when they had investigated the phone before giving me an offer for a repair. But they didn't inform me that the camera was broken and apparently they had not investigated my camera before, which I find a bit strange. They offered to repair the camera for an extra amount on 495,- kr, I already payed 1400,- kr.
But I then realized that the last picture I took before my phone blacked out didn't have spots, but the photo I took right after picking up my phone at Phonebutler had. I told them this - because I couldn't understand how my camera all of the sudden was broken. I got an explanation that it could have been some dust or humidity that could have caused it to the camera. I got an email where they gave me 50% discount on the repair costs of the camera, but at the same time they let me know that they thought it was peculiar that I accused them for have broken the camera. I send them documentation of the photos so they could see the problem for themselves, and it is pretty obvious that the camera wasn't broken before June 2020 after the repair of the front and back cover. I kindly denied their offer since I find it unreasonable, and since my phone had been hidden in its original case in a dry drawer I don't buy their explanation. I will find a second opinion since I didn't like there suspicious reaction.
Always let the doubt benefit your customer.
Changing battery of the phone without asking me, making me pay. 3 months after battery dies at 70%
I went there in June to get my phone's screen fixed. I was quiet desperate and I needed it urgent, so I left my phone there and called the other day whether it's done or not. The guy said he also changed the battery as it was almost dead. I thought OK, he did it without asking me and I am going to pay for a service that I didn't ask for but OK, maybe it was really required.
3 weeks ago my phone started getting massively slow, dying around 40% battery. All I do is reply messages and tweet around btw. I don't watch anything or play any games. So, I started sending emails to phonebutler like ''you changed the battery 3 months ago, but apparently I am having battery problem, could you please help me out?'' to the emails they sent the invoice (they don't have any other email). Every week I sent them another mail, no reply, ne return to phone calls. I was planning to solve this in peace by showing up in their little corner, instead of complaining here, but my phone just died at 70%!!!
Fantastic service

A great experience
A great experience. My phone screen shattered yesterday — and today it was fixed in 20 minutes: perfectly! Great service, speedy, reasonable price. This place also sells inexpensive phone cases, chargers, and other related gear. Nice people too, multi-lingual, big smiles. I highly recommend PhoneButler!!

They use a very bad material.
They use a very bad material.
Dropped from sofa wish it’s no so high to a floor made of tree and that was enough after 2 days, I’ve paid 499-danish crown .
I dropped many time before to a very hard floor and for two years , never brake, until I dropped from a very high place while taking picture.
Went back there and he said that was bad luck, and wanted me to pay again 350kr.
Went to another place to have the screen done again, and they just showed to me how bad the material was.
The other place fixed for a better quality for 300-, wish it is much better.
Im NOT a kind of person that complains over small things, and it’s my very first time in Trustpilot.
That’s it’s just to let you know how bad service it’s was after go back there.
NOT normal that the screen brake in a corner and by pressing with my finger brake all the way.
Unfortunately it’s the way they make business
Don’t go there.....

Samsung S9 Display
I've had my Samsung's S9 display replaced a few days back, after I dropped my phone. They also replaced a ribbon cable that was discovered to be damaged. My phone works like a charm again.
:)
