Everything went as promised

Everything went as promised. The phone arrived on time, was well packaged, and looked almost new. No faults at all and it works perfectly. Would happily purchase again.

Great first experience with Phone Enterprise

First time buying from Phone Enterprise and the experience was great. I went for an iPhone 12, and it arrived exactly as described — clean, unlocked, and ready to use straight away. Delivery was fast and tracking updates were spot on. Really pleased with both the product and service.

Ordered an iPhone 13 for my daughter…

Ordered an iPhone 13 for my daughter and was really impressed with how smooth the whole process was. Communication was clear, shipping was fast, and the phone arrived in excellent condition — hardly a scratch on it. It’s been running perfectly since day one. I’ll definitely come back when it’s time to upgrade my own.

Just to clarify one point: your order did not include the original Apple box, as this is a paid add-on. You have only been charged for the handset itself, so please double-check your order details.

The issue with the rear camera/cracked lens and the purple shadow is not acceptable. Please send us a clear photo or video showing the camera condition and the purple shading on the screen, and we’ll arrange the best solution for you right away — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

As much as I was mad with the customer…

As much as I was mad with the customer service the second time I rang they done what I asked within ten minutes and that I can’t fault even after all the mess ups n things what was wrong they were willing to make it right it wasn’t till after I realised

Just picked up a refurbished iPhone 11

Just picked up a refurbished iPhone 11, and I’m honestly really impressed. It showed up in near-perfect condition — no scratches, dents, or anything that screams “used.” It looks and feels just like a brand-new phone.

this saved me a lot of money without sacrificing quality. As long as you buy from a trusted seller thanks mobile phone enterprise.

Your website is absolutely crap everytime I’ve wanted to check when my order would be here and to track my item your link takes me onto the web page and says that it doesn’t exist absolutely disgusting use need to sort your website out

Terrible service

exceptional customer service

Bought a phone for my daughter for Christmas, checked and ok but when opened one of the buttons got stuck. I contacted them on Christmas Day and they responded and sorted for it to be returned and repaired and was sorted in less than a week. Exceptional customer service and can’t fault them at all.
