Returning customer

2nd phone to purchase from them. Products are always exactly as described and in excellent condition. The inclusion of a screen protector and heavy duty cover is a great bonus esp when other retailers are charging extra for everything. Delivery was very prompt. Would happily buy from them again.

Absolutely delighted

Absolutely delighted. The delivery was very rapid and the refurbished iPhone 8 looked like a brand new one, and arrived with free screen and back protectors. Beyond my expectations!

Phone had over 90% battery efficiency

Phone had over 90% battery efficiency, but was grubby around the camera lens and there were smudge marks and light scratches on the screen, so would not consider it in excellent condition, as advertised. Once it was cleaned up and a screen protector applied it looked much better. Bought as a XMas present so can’t comment yet on how it works.

very positive experience

I've had the phone (iPhone 11) for about a week now, no complaints, came quickly with a free case, charger, and screen protector which was handy, I wasn't expecting that. Came in perfect condition as well, not a scratch to be seen, I ordered the phone in "excellent condition" form the website. the battery life was at 90%. and it was packaged very securely little risk of damage
