Ordered and paid by bank transfer at the beginning of March, an iphone 8plus with maximum delivery March 25th, they tell me they don't know when it will be available.

Very Very bad
Very Very bad. Order paid in advance, 20 days after still no news, call center always unreachable, d when they respond provide unreliable answers.
Opened a ticked to cancel the order and ask to payback since 3 days and nothing happen (and they say that take 14days to give back money after change the status in request for payback...but if they don't change the status??? Bad bad bad!)

3 weeks - still waiting !!! (Updated)
Ordered phone on 4.03, the maximum delivery date was 18th of March. Today, 26rd of March and I'm still waiting. It's more than 3 weeks! Impossible to contact customer support, and they are not replying to emails. Worst experience ever!
* UPDATE *
The phone came on the 1st of April, which is 28 days after I've ordered. Even though they were saying that it will arrive between 10th-18th of the March. Increasing 1 star for the cheapest available price and 1 more for the phone, which came in an undamaged box. They answered to my ticket after 3 emails and finally told that the order will be shipped between 29th of March and 4th of April. Which I think they should have notified about it earlier.
Overall, will I order from them again? Probably not, if I need a phone urgently. But, can be used if you are not in a hurry and can wait for a month.
