Im sorry i didnt read here first.
Im the same unlocking a phone for $12.99 seemed to good to be true but it was. Scripted responses assigning"Sam" to the case Sam who doesnt exist or who ignores all emails. Usual 5 to 7 days now doubled and no further responses.
Avoid this service like you would the plague.

Yikes! I was about to put in my credit card details when I read the reviews...thanks to all you guys for leaving your honest reviews, helped me getting into the trap!

Fast to charge my credit card, slow to deliver code and then said they needed more time, then they said cant do it.
Your funds will be "returned in 5 to 7 days", of course it was not returned.
Then they said give them a few more days, nothing.
Then they said "we will send it to your pay pal account" right away. Even tho I did not use that method to pay I said OK, of course still nothing.
Had to start a dispute with them threw my credit card company.
Use ANYONE but these shady people !

This scam they want not give my money back ask them many time never trust this scammer

They dont deserve ANY stars. This company is a scam i’ve emailed them several times for my refund and they still haven’t given it to me. Don’t take a chance on them. They’ll say your assigned representative is SAM. There is no damn SAM. I’ve been waiting for weeks for my refund.

They couldnt unlock my phone and promised to refund but I havent seen. I've been contacting and no response. I wish I read the reviews before making any payment

Over a month trying get refund back, stay away of them.scum

i pay for unlock my cellphone but in 1 day the compay not unlocked and not made my refund ... careful

Finally I got refund from phonesunlockshop. this was after few emails to them and after a delay of one month

BE warned these are Scummers, I had the same experience others are having with the same details, if they cannot unlock your phone they hope you will just give up, that is if they can even unlock a phone, there website really does not even validate the IMEI,

I'm so sick of emailing you jerks you took my 11.99 on the 12th it's now the 29th are you fuc$%^& kidding me it's Christmas and I'm a disabled vet trying to activate a phone I bought for my son. Si thanks alot and have a wonderful Holiday

They are scammers. They charged me 9.99$ never got it back. Its 9 days now. Always the same messages SAM. Be aware...THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Then requested refund twice, never heard back from them

This is fake unlock store they didn't unlock my iPhone 6s.
They took my money and never refund my money.

Company is legit. I paid my 10 bucks for the note 5 locked to att...i had my unlock code in a little over 24 hours. These guys are trust worthy at least on my part. I experienced A+++ service. Most people don't leave good reviews when they get what they paid for...but when I was looking for an honest detailed review of someone getting a working unlock code in a timely manner...well here you go! Grab your code from these guys!
