Purchased 1 item on Sep-9-22 and after…
Purchased 1 item on Sep-9-22 and after a dispute, item arrived on Nov-22-22. Item was defective with less than a month of used, returned item on Dec-22-22 under warranty for a replacement, arriving to them on Jan-6-23. So far no replacement has been send to me o a credit card refund. Only auto answer emails for 4 months.

Bought Plantronics headphones
Bought Plantronics headphones. Arrived late. Colour was off. No Plantronics branding or packaging. Product seemed to be a knockoff. Battery broken.
Emailed customer service. Shipping to Hong Kong was $40 (additionally over what I’ve already paid for the headphones even though it was their mistake).
Customer service won’t guarantee paid shipping if my new product is broken and has to be sent back yet again.
All-around shady business and untrustworthy.

I brought 2 brand new headset. At first I only receive one, and it is an used item, incorrect model.
I filed a complain and they replied quickly and said will send me the right item.
Today I received another used wrong model headset from them again.

Scam website, avoid at all cost.
About phonetabletcase.com and "many other" Tak Yuet site.
Currently in Paypal dispute. Offers to payback if i send back the fake phone shell they sent. This company has disgusting methods. Avoid at all cost.
Managed to get my money back after getting the Hong Kong adress of their shop via whatsthatcharge. They obviously dont want to see the police coming to check their business detail.
